Halloween!

The 1st 1,000 miles on a Corbin can be unpleasant. They need to be broken in to fit you. Some stock seats are better than others, so how much of a difference can vary.

I've had 3 Corbins, still have 2 of them. Excellent seats for long days in the saddle. You could probably get $200 for it on a forum for your specific bike. They can be ordered standardm or custom (shorter, taller, narrower, etc). The foam is the same density, weight wouldn't really make a difference

According to the forecast it was supposed to be raining the morning, or at least be wet from last night. I woke early to check and the roads were dry. I got on the road by 7:30a and did a 400+ mile solo ride. The weather was absolutely perfect. I hit a few of the roads you guys rode yesterday. 260 is OK, but there are a lot of unmarked corners that could use a sign. Home by 2:15.

My Saturday is shot, but Sunday is looking good. If there is enough interest in a Sunday ride, I can start another thread. We can even steal UP's route.

I know the cop that was at the site. Guy was doing 80-100mph on 140th without a helmet. That's not gonna end well.

I see snakes sometimes...usually when I stop drinking. I used to work with a guy who kept poisioness snakes, among other exotic animals. Years later, I found out he actaully died from a snake bite. True story. If you keep poisoness snakes, keep the antidote closer.

What problems are you having? A bad/failing stator will produce less power. A bad failing voltage regulator can result in voltage that is too high or too low.
