  1. This laptop works 100%. No problems, no viruses, not refurbished, etc. There is normal wear on the buttons for the pointing device (see pics), the pointing device works perfectly. Anti-Virus software is already installed, so no need to buy. Comes with a licensed version of MS Office Professional. Would be great for a student or as a home PC. $250 btw, for some reason the display looks dim in the pics, it looks bright in person.
  2. Comparing '05s, the RR is about 10 lbs lighter and has 5-6 more hp. The F4i ('04-06) has ergos similar to a VFR800, the RR has a more committed riding position. IMO, the F4i is a better street bike & the RR is better on the track. Both are reliable and capable. Same year, same miles, the RR would probably cost you a bit more. Some insurance companies will charge you more for the RR, but you could shop around. I doubt you would be unhappy with either.
  3. The clipons are higher than most supersports, actually pretty close to a VFR riding position.
  4. ***SOLD*** I just bought a new Gateway Laptop so this one is for sale. Gateway MX6447 - XP Media Center Edition. Excellent working condition. Good cosmetic condition, the pointing device shows signs of normal wear (it works perfectly). I will run the recovery disk so all the software will be exactly as it was when it was new. Comes with: Extra OEM Battery. Original battery still works but lasts 75% as long as the new one. MS Office Professional - a licensed copy will be installed. Memory upgraded to 1.5GB Original Box and all that came with it. Gateway Original Recovery disk Free upgrade disk to Windows Vista, this was a Gateway promotion (I have not upraded to Vista). You can run this at your own risk, but Vista upgrades can be messy & XP Media Center is a better OS anyway. $250. I will add pictures soon. --------------------------- FeatureDescription ProcessorAMD Turion 64 Mobile Technology MK-36 Operates at 2.0 GHz |512 KB L2 Cache HyperTransport technology at up to 1600 MHzLCD Screen15.4-inch Ultrabright WXGA TFT (1280 × 800) ChipsetATI RS485MMemory1024 MB 533 MHz DDR2 (2 × 512) Expandable to 2 GB Total Slots: 2 DDR2 Slots | Available Slots: 0 DDR2 Slots VideoATI Radeon Xpress 1150 Graphics with up to 128 MB of Shared Video Memory AudioHigh Definition 2 Channel AudioHard Drive120 GB 4200 RPM PATA hard drive Optical DriveDVD+/-RW Multi-Format Double Layer (up to 8.5 GB) Write maximum: 8X DVD +/-R, 6X DVD-RW, 8X DVD+RW, 2X DVD-R DL, 2.4X DVD+R DL, 24X CD-R and 16X CD-RW Read maximum: 24X CD-R/RW/ROM, 8X DVD-R/RW/ROM, 4X DVD+/-R DL, RAMMedia Reader4-in-1 Digital Media Manager Secure Digital (SD), Memory Stick, Memory Stick-Pro, and Multimedia card (MMC)Modem56K ITU V.92 ready Fax/ModemNetwork Integrated 802.11g Wireless LAN Integrated 10/100 EthernetInterfaces 4 – USB 2.0 Ports 1 – VGA External Connector 1 – S-Video Connector 1 – IEEE 1394 port 1 – RJ11 1 – RJ45 Microphone In Headphone / Audio Out 1 – Kensington Lock Slot 1 – AC Adapter Connector Pointing DeviceIntegrated Synaptics Touchpad with Vertical Scroll Zone PCMCIA1 – Type I or Type II; Card Bus Battery6-cell Lithium-ion Dimensions1.31 to 1.40-inches H × 14.09-inches W × 10.39-inches D Weight6.32 pounds
  5. Last winter...out of sheer boredom...I bought 6 or 7 non-running snowblowers and fixed and sold them. I never paid more than $50/per and wound up making a couple thousand $$. You can find them cheap on CL, just not the same week as a big storm.
  6. I've heard of issues with the pre-VE versions, but never actually fired one. Mine is a 9-10 year old SW9VE and it's been excellent. YMMV. Here is a good discussion on the Sigma: http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=82748
  7. Not much. It's a mint '05 with a warranty and a new rear tire. It'll go for more in the the spring. You still can
  8. Sigmas are Glock copies...very good copies. I've put several thousand rounds through mine, with no Jams or FTFs. I find them to be accurate and reliable. A H-P isn't in the same league.
  9. I have a Sigma. Most underrated pistol EVAR. I preferred shooting it over my Sig Sauer P228 (actually wound up selling the P228).

    I am really liking the 2010 Z1000.
  13. Who is the manufacturer and what is the condition?
  14. As Americans, we we don't have to be able to afford something in order to buy it...right?
  15. Thx. Unless I blow the Xmas budget, I'll probably post it here in the next week or 2 for 200-250ish.
  16. I should add... I still have the original box, recovery CD, and all the crap that came with it. Everything works, the buttons for the touchpad shw signs of wear from normal use.
  17. XP Media Center, Service Pack 3
  18. I am thinking about buying a new laptop. If I do I'l be selling a used Gateway MX6447 in good shape with an extra battery. The original battery works but only lasts about 75% as long as the new one. What is it worth? I LOVE that people thought there were nice tats. So many good pics to choose from. MEAT...wait, what?
  20. Wow...just wow. This site is full of awesomeness! http://ugliesttattoos.com/
  21. http://www.erikbuellracing.com/ They are licensing 1125 based 'Race Only' bikes and go fast parts for 1125s and XBs. I suspect they will focus on 'Race Only' items for just about as long as Erik's non-compete is active. btw, the 185 rwhp 1190RR sounds interesting.
