  1. Bump before it gets stored for the off season. Come on, you know you want it.
  2. "Everyone realizes that people who are so needy for attention, they need to dress up and be as loud as possible, are you guys (HD Riders) and 16 year old girls. Just wanted to let you know you're F@#%ing FAGS." --Cartman Now that's just funny!
  3. The front preload feels a little too stiff, but it's hard to tell for sure since I haven't ridden it on a warm day yet. I'm hoping to sort it out on Saturday. It would be nice to set the Sag before then. BTW, it you haven't verified that you have the most current flash, I have the software/cable to read the firmware version.
  4. I'm still learning the new bike, too. I plan to dial it down a bit. I'll be fine tuning the suspension at gas stops. Not sure about WV, we can decide on a route in Bolivar.
  5. Tod, Yep Bolivar. CORE rides tend to start early so we can be back at a reasonable time. We'll be back before dark. The pace will be similiar to the few times we've ridden, perhaps a bit quicker depending on who's leading. Stops are usually kept to a minimum, so a long day doesn't turn into a REALLY long day. Still finalizing the plan, but it will a 400-ish mile day, prolly meeting in Bolivar at 9:30.
  6. Yep, I'm done babying it. So 'game on' on Saturday.
  7. I'll be on a CORE ride starting early on Saturday.
  8. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.
  9. I've looked, but I can't find the chian on my 1125.

I snuck out today for about 170 miles on some decent twisties. The suspension setup per the manual is pretty close, I may try a little less front preload. The 1125 is without a doubt the best handling bike I've ridden. Corners like its on rails, very condfidence inspiring.

If that was true, WAY more would sell.

The 1125R clipons are standard sportbike height, but the reach to them is about 2 inches shorter. It's a defintely a sport riding position, but not as much weight on the wrists (for me at least).
  14. 'Mature' may be more credit than I deserve but I try to take excellent care of my bikes. I was planning on keeping it...that is until HD decided to give away Buells.

Inya, As you get more miles on it, the fan will run less and it will make more power. Those motors seem to take about 5k to make max power. Laminar Lip and ZG make windscreen extensions that make the hwy more pleasant. Does it feel like you're sitting on the front wheel
  16. And I'm stuck working like a sucker
  17. Now why did the Indians trade CC or Lee? Oh yea, Dolan is a tightwad.

After actualy riding it, somehow the look of the pods doesn't seem to matter anymore...function over form. It's a rider's bike. It feels exotic & makes my F4i seem like an appliance. I'm curious to hear how Jbot compares his 1125 the the Duc or the Aprilia.

+1 V2 has a flatter torque curve. Both bikes have 'get yourself arrested power.' Sounds like test rides are in order.
