  1. ok, so i'm planning a trip to the Gap in May. i have questions... 1. whats weather like in May? rainy/cold? 2. sights? I'm really going just to ride 129 this year. but anything along the way is good. 3. camping or room? Not sure of how many (if any) are going with me. any info will help. thanks fellas.
  2. we had one up here. mmmm, it was soo good... then they shut down. only lasted 2 years.
  3. i will be scheduling a tuning with the Warrior before riding season... so I'll be calling you also...
  4. lol... nope. He's more about surviving on his own. I know where i'm goign when the apocalypse hits. lol no but i did spy a "Police Handbook for Crime Scene Investigations" sitting on the arm of the couch.
  5. yeah, his neighbors wouldn't call on him if they wanted too... i wanted to take some video but he said thats a no no... lol
  6. So one of my buddies lives in a pole barn... off the grid. When it gets to cold and too snowy we go up in the loft and shot out the window. He called me to do some night shooting on Saturday. AWESOME... i loved it. We took soda/beer cans, cut a hole in the side, put a candle up threw the bottom and hang it from a target holder with a target behind it at 72 yards. I did pretty good. best one was 1 shot/1 kill with an Armalite AR15 w/EOTech and PMC ammo.
  7. i'll have to come up north, my buddies range just shut down... I'm down for wheneva.
  8. look like crossbreeds and i hear nothing but good about those. cheaper too, i'd try it and give a report...
  9. i think i've done all of those options...
  10. they do make this one for the Ruger.... ARES-22 RCU by Ares Defense
  11. My father just upgraded his trigger on his Mark II and doesn't know how he shot it before... lol i have a Beretta NEOS and love it other then the rear sight screw would never stay in (even with med loc tight). i threw on a cheap BSA red dot and now it's perfect. and i see this in my near future....
  12. i say shorten the one you got...
  13. i had a Blackhawk Serpa for my 92 and loved it. mainly used for idpa, an occasional carry and for backyard shooting. i think i might get the IWB Don Hume. i'll use that alot more right now.

    My new mirrors

i hated my mirrors, i just took them off. lol i know, there are laws... blah blah... i'm looking for some bar end ones. until then i'll just screw in some tiny ones into where the olds one went. my bike vibrates so bad they are useless anyways.
  16. i've carried a Taurus 5" PT92, PT111, Ultralite .38, Bersa .380. the ultralite is probably the most comfortable and concealable. and i load only Speer Gold Dots or Corbon Power Balls in my carry pieces.
  17. nope. that will be this weekend. run it through it's break in. maybe even break out the M&P15
  18. thats what i use on my daily carry pt111. i'm hoping i can find one for the m&p9. it fits in the one i have but themuzzle sticks out and the sight gets caught on the lip of the leather. so if i can find a longer one, i'm down.
  19. first time i saw it and i laughed my ass off.
  20. 17rd double stack. came with 2 mags, 3 backstraps, lock and case.
  21. it's a nice addition to the M&P15 as well.
  22. So i got a deal on a M&P357 sig, but wasn't to happy with it being 357sig... so i figured i'd look at FFF and see their sales. Well they had the M&P9 on sale for $499. Hell, thats just a tad over what dude was going to sell the 357 for. So i went for the 9mm instead.
  23. it's bad when americans have to resort to things of this magnitude to get their say about the government. I kinda feel for the guy.
