+1. His debt to society is paid in full. Let him go back to being a productive member of society. At least he's not one of these ex-felons who are out for a few months then go back to robbing liquor stores. I think he probably got the message (people LOVE dogs), and won't be doing anything of the sort ever again. I know a lot of the Dragon Masters (I'm affiliated with another MC here in Dayton) and a fair amount of MC members have the shitty habit of wanting to be "seen" instead of being geared up. Which makes no sense because our vests all have our ride names on the back. A few of us insist on wearing our gear and not drinking at MC events if we are on 2 that night, and we get looked at askance, like we are being over-conservative or something. And then something like this happens No one wants to say "I told you so" but that will do nothing for Big Dog's (Earl) family, including his 3 kids and his mother, who lives with him. Sad part is, he was an experienced rider. He clipped a car when trying to pass too close, propelling his skull into a RTA pole. It was a wrap, instantly.

A preliminary investigation has revealed that the man's motorcycle apparently clipped the front bumper of a Pontiac Catalina sedan about 8:30 p.m. as he tried to pass the car and change lanes, Johns said. Witnesses said the bike continued on for at least another city block before it exploded into flames after the man was thrown into the pole. He was not wearing a helmet, Johns said. The driver of the car, who was not identified by name or age, will not be charged because that driver was not at fault, Johns said. Do you know anything about being an accountant? (i'm assuming you don't... if I'm wrong, I do apologize) But would it be unreasonable to expect an accountant to refrain from making dumb mistakes on your taxes? Of course not. You EXPECT him or her to know enough about accounting to do the job correctly, and without harming your bank account or causing you to be audited by the IRS. You may not KNOW how to be an accountant, you may not walk the streets every day accountin' shit. But you DO KNOW what to expect out of someone who has gone through the process to earn the designation of CPA. You may not know the difference between a balance sheet and an income statement or the fine details of accountancy... but you can certainly make a judgement about an accountant who can keep your books smoothly, and which one can't count the contents of a dozen eggs... right...? so why is it unreasonable to expect a police officer to do their job without unnecessary harm or undue injury?

OUCH!! But real talk, I wouldn't put my dog in a SmartCar. They are ALL FAIL in crash tests... go airborne.. fold up like accordions.. and that's just against other regular sized sedans, not to mention a Hummer or big Mercedes... They would be fine if ALL vehicles were the size of SmartCars.
