  2. Lol, texting and riding is easy boss. Step up your game! Seriously though, get your ass out here so you can lead the next ride. I suck at leading.
  3. Location confirmed. See 1st post. 6 pm.
  4. Kettering-ish. It's up for debate where we're really meeting. If you want to get specific then Sugarcreek/Bellbrook area. Ass...
  5. Yeah uh trash it or track it and buy a new one, you're gonna have to rebuild half the front end!

    Boring!

No I'm a bulldog, undefeated since 1919! (Mainly because we don't have any legit sports teams) Kettering University, started by GM, and still a hellhole to this day. That education better be worth it.
  7. Yes, I will. Right now let's assume the Kohl's parking lot off of Wilmington Pike at 6 pm. If that changes then I will update. That's left off I-675 S and right off I-675 N at the Wilmington Pike exit, then down about .5 mile. Kohl's is on your left behind Steak & Shake.
  8. Hmm, kind of a good idea. However, the crasher hasn't given the crashee any confidence in his riding skills or his decision making skills.
  9. gixgirl and a few others are coming up from Germantown to ride around Dayton tonight starting at 6 pm in Kettering. Anyone else around that wants to join can meet us at Kohl's, all are welcome.* *NinjaNick need not apply. He's busy. Location: The Kohl's parking lot off of Wilmington Pike That's left off I-675 S and right off I-675 N at the Wilmington Pike exit, then down about .5 mile. Kohl's is on your left behind Steak & Shake. Time: 6 pm Where to: Will be improvised.
  10. More stoplights and a less direct route means it takes longer to get there from Wilmington Pike though.

    Boring!

I wasn't driving. He got on the highway, I gave him a thumbs up and then we played a little. Lots of traffic though so nothing worth noting. He liked corners though, lol. College.
  12. Father's Day ride tonight? I'd be in. It'll be nice to be back in Dayton and meet some new people.
  13. You on here? I know you were dicking with me, lol! I've only got 120 at the wheel maybe.

    Boring!

Rode the Priller' from Flint, MI to Dayton, OH yesterday. Four hour ride, ugh! It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so bloody boring and hot. Oh well. Got to dick around with a C6 Z06 on Michigan roads. That's definitely not an enjoyable highway experience though, just thought I'd share.
  15. Huh? The Fraze pavilion is deep in Kettering. Are you talking about the Dayton Marriot off of Patterson avenue? If so, that is definitely not walking distance. The Fraze is about 4 miles away as the crow flies. If I remember correctly, there isn't a hotel within walking distance of the Fraze. It is surrounded by the Kettering PD, Government Center, Old folks home, Kettering Fairmont HS, and suburbs. The nearest hotel may actually be that Marriott. Take a cab?
  16. Professional slacker....er...I mean student.
  17. And that's perfectly fine. I just didn't like that statement "different is rarely better"
  18. I call bullshit. After riding Ducati, Aprilia, etc I have to say that having something other than a Japanese bike is very nice. I wanted something different, and now when I check out the newest offerings from Japan they are all the same in styling, power, braking, chassis, etc. And frankly, they are kinda boring. Now if your definition of "better" is .002 seconds faster than every other bike on the track then whatever.
  19. Correction, not actually Dayton cops, Fairborn, Bellbrook, Sugarcreek, Centerville, Kettering, etc.
  20. Most of the bitching and complaints about Buell bikes have to do with the motor. Keep in mind guys, this is not a Harley motor in the 1125. This is the Rotax 1125cc V-twin, the same guys who build motors for Aprilia, KTM, etc. I've been hearing good things about that motor in this bike. That being said, that bike was definitely ridden hard from the beginning. I'd be asking for a nice warranty.
  21. STG.com knows their shit. I stopped by their warehouse in Detroit a few weeks back and tried on some things and talked with the guys there. Pretty much every employee there races at the track and they know their stuff. Getting an RS Taichi GMX Motion jacket and a pair of Held Thrux gloves from them soon. mmmm, leather...
  22. I do, just curious on the law and its interpretation. Dayton suburb police will pull you over for any little thing.
