Most sportbikes won't read speed correctly if you regear with different tooth sprockets. So the speedo reads off. This corrects the speedometer reading so you know the real speed and so it doesn't affect mileage.

I just said that don't be surprised if you one day find yourself outpaced by a smaller bike and a younger rider. There's always someone faster. What? You upset by the fact that I don't give a rat's ass what other people think of my bike? Maybe it's because it makes me happy and that's why I bought it. That was actually a perfectly valid point, and yes he is right. Why can't more of your posts be like that. Also, the mention of a 14 year old on a 125, like Aprilia's RS125, is true to. Said 14 year old will whip your ass on a race track even if you are on a Busa'. I know that may hurt some of your eFeelings considering you bought the fastest bike and there's no "replacement for displacement" (That antiquated slogan can only refer to drag racing nowadays, and we aren't talking about that now are we) but that's the way it is. They are super lightweight, have amazing braking potential, and can carry some serious corner speed. If you don't want to be embarrassed by a 14 year old on a 125, stay off the track.

Holy dogshit, I just got back and that was one long ass ride. Dropped by the pony and got myself a new visor then hit up a couple of bike shops before heading home. It got hot as hell today. Nice burgers and fries for lunch though. Plus I got to meet the infamous Mj and others.

Bahahahaha, no. j/k, my roommate actually has an RC51 and I ride regularly with him. They are nice bikes.

I'm pretty sure it's a scam, I ran into a silver one like that 4 months back. Guy never returned a call or e-mail. I've only found one legit 3rd gen RSVR for sale for $5500 and it was way back when. The guy was actually going to sell it to me, but I couldn't get the money quick enough for it and told him to go on. It sold less than 48 hours later. I know a guy in Centerville who may sell his perfect condition blue Mille for around the $5500 to $6000 range.
