  1. It might also be too strong of a return spring and the slide is shutting too close, feed ramp or a few other things I can think of unfortunately (if I am understanding the problem correctly). What weight return spring do you have in there now, is there any damage to the case when its finally extracted or any differences from a properly extracted case or excessive copper fouling on the feed ramp? Also, can you hand cycle it fine?

Way to derail the thread. :p

  2. I have had this for about 10 or so years. I haven't used it for probably 3, it's been sitting in storage. It worked when I put it away so I have no reason to doubt it still does. Speaker and box and in perfect condition, amp shows a couple light rust spots on the case but no where else. I took the case off to verify the inside and it looks pristine. It's no show stopper but it sounded good for the price I paid. Asking $90

  3. i realize it's not ideal, but it's what I can afford to practice with, and carry. But yeah, probably looking into 9mm at this point, and hopefully a .22 with the same frame to train with.

Then do it if they allow. If you're going to carry a .22, then you should practice with a .22. Know how it handles and what the capabilities of that particular firearm are. If you want to carry a desert eagle, then take the class with it.

    .22>no gun

  4. what distances are they expecting you to shoot?

wouldn't barrel length have a lot more to do with accuracy than muzzle velocity at such short range?

About 21 feet is the norm although I think some classes will go back more, up to 50 feet. There was a woman at my dad's class, same one a few others on here went to, she had a little .22 revolver the size of my thumb. It was all over the paper. lol. But it's just preference on using a .22.

  5. My class was $0. Ohio accepts military training in lieu of a CCW class. But I have seen them anywhere from $50 to $200 depending on what they offer. Some include lunch, weapons and firearms or go above the state mandated class. Most places say you can use any caliber although they prefer larger than .22 since accuracy isn't the greatest at any kind of distance.

  6. Who is your friend Name and photo PLEASE! :D Buddy

Sadly I didn't take that pic. Found it online :(

I doubt chevy has any "friends" that size. Have you seen how skinny he is.

lol, that may be true but when you're done peeing you have to shake it...I have to kick it. :D
