    I think you originally asked because you thought you had seen some without those lights, but thought you read that you needed them, and you couldnt find a place to remount the one that was already on your bike (you're cheap ). But you probably ended up figuring out a way and putting the light back up, just to be safe. You should post some pics of what you did. I bet it's nothing special but probably looks a lot better, I'd think.

    4513.05 Tail lights and illumination of rear license plate.

    (A) Every motor vehicle, trackless trolley, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, or vehicle which is being drawn at the end of a train of vehicles shall be equipped with at least one tail light mounted on the rear which, when lighted, shall emit a red light visible from a distance of five hundred feet to the rear, provided that in the case of a train of vehicles only the tail light on the rearmost vehicle need be visible from the distance specified.

    Either a tail light or a separate light shall be so constructed and placed as to illuminate with a white light the rear registration plate, when such registration plate is required, and render it legible from a distance of fifty feet to the rear. Any tail light, together with any separate light for illuminating the rear registration plate, shall be so wired as to be lighted whenever the headlights or auxiliary driving lights are lighted, except where separate lighting systems are provided for trailers for the purpose of illuminating such registration plate.

    (B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

    Just because someone doesn't have a light doesn't mean it is legal.

    If the cap holds, if the sea floor doesn't crack and if the relief wells being prepared are completed successfully, this could be the beginning of the end for the spill. But that's a lot of ifs, and no one was declaring any sort of victory beyond the moment.

    The oil stopped flowing at 3:25 p.m. EDT when the last of three valves in the 75-ton cap was slowly throttled shut. That set off a 48-hour watch period in which — much like the hours immediately after a surgery — the patient was in stable, guarded condition and being watched closely for complications.

    Here you speak in generalities of the Constitution.

    People are quick to ignore the Constitution when it serves there purposes....but then let the President they didn't vote for, or some politician says something they don't like, and then they break out their laminated copy of the Constitution they carry in their wallets and purses.

    You can't have it both ways.

    Here you speak only of the 14th in relation to illegals.

    Are you saying that the Supreme Court is wrong?

    "In Wong Wing v. U S, 163 U.S. 228 (1896), the Supreme Court stated (in citing a

    previous case and affirming 14th Amendment rights):

    “The fourteenth amendment to the constitution is not confined to the protection of

    citizens. It says: 'Nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property

    all persons within the territorial jurisdiction, without regard to any differences of

    I asked if illegals were "the people" then you brought up the 14th "for any person" showing me they aren't. that is the only section that applies to them.
