  1. +1. Whenever someone asks to fondle my firearm I'll drop the magazine and remove the chambered round' date=' because it's the smart, safe thing to do. My gun is on me right now. It will stay there until I go to bed. Then, it goes in the safe, unloaded and unchambered until morning.[/quote']

Yeah, bad guys don't strike while people sleep. Mine goes in the night stand, still loaded.

  2. I didn't think it was that cool... Maybe the gay music diminished the effect for me.

I'm not going to pretend that I know how he did everything, but I thought it was clear for at least a portion of the tricks that there were multiple lasers with magnetic backing (thus how he 'broke' the beam behind his back), and he 'bent' them with a small mirror.

hanging his shirt was more interesting.

the thing with 'magic' is that most of it is very simple. Not easy, but simple. The manipulation is difficult, but the actual 'trick' is never that complicated.

What? You mean it wasn't real magic?? I thought he was really doing magic stuff. Not tricks with multiple lasers and fishing line.

  3. was at the fin a couple days ago and some guy was bitchin about his 45/410 judge that broke. they sent it out over a month ago still hasnt gotten it back. started rapping with the dude and said he will never buy another taurus gun as long as hes alive. nothing but problems lately. i think the judge is fugly and akward. doesnt feel right, balance per say.

Interesting. I have seen some videos online about it. It looked pretty mean. I have never shot much less held one.

  4. Yes, gun safety especially with children is very important. My carry gun is always loaded, but it is always with me. My daughter isn't given the opportunity to get a hold of a loaded firearm. The rest are unloaded and she is unable to get to them. Even at 2 1/2 years old, she and I spend time going over that they are dangerous. She knows she is not allowed to touch under ANY circumstances. They are for mommy and daddy only.

  5. Give chevy a break... he's swept up in OFCC nuts. They see an article that says "guns" and doesn't say "everyone should have" before it, they freak ouuuuttt

:p I like posting controversial stuff. I like reading controversial stuff. I enjoy hearing everyones opinions. Right now the only (anti)gun stuff I practice is if CPZ sign is posted, I won't disarm to go inside, I'll take my business somewhere else.

I don't really care if everyone has a gun or not. I think it would be a better idea if everyone did, but its your choice whether you own one or not.

It’s Time Our Voices Are Heard!

The Mission of the Second Amendment March is:

To galvanize the courage and resolve of American gun owners

To petition our elected officials against establishing anti-gun legislation

To remind America that the Second Amendment is necessary to maintain our right to self defense

We will accomplish our mission by a peaceful march in Washington DC, the United States Capitol, supported by satellite marches to State Capitols and smaller cities all across America, including Ohio.

Join us in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Ohio Statehouse as we send a message loud and clear that our rights are not up for negotiation and we, as Ohioans and Americans, cherish them dearly.

    When: Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 11:00am

    Where: Columbus Statehouse

Leading up to the Ohio March will be a series of Town Hall Meetings to drum up support and raise funds for the National March. If you would like to attend or help, please subscribe to the e-newsletter for the Ohio Second Amendment March. Together, we can make both events a big success!

We will also be working on getting an Ohio contingent to the National March. The March in D.C. will take place on Monday, April 19, 2010 on the grounds of the Washington Monument.

Anyone going to go? I should be there.

  8. I won't buy Levi's anymore.

I won't waste your time asking you to send these creatures an email. I'll simply observe that giving them your business, especially when so many alternatives exist, is giving aid and comfort to a proven enemy of your right to keep and bear arms. Consider that when making your clothing purchases--and next time you see gun owners wearing Levis, let them know.

MIAMI BEACH, Fla.—Burger King is opening a restaurant in Miami Beach that will serve beer along with burgers and fries, the chain's first U.S. location with alcohol.

At the Whopper Bar South Beach, guests can pair a Whopper sandwich with Anheuser-Busch and MillerCoors brews. With fries, the combo will run $7.99.

The restaurant will offer outdoor dining, a walk-up window and delivery service.

It's scheduled to open mid-February. The announcement was made Friday.

Morningstar analyst R.J. Hottovy says adding beer at selected locations around the world is part of Miami-based Burger King's effort to reinvent itself as a fast-food restaurant with a sit-down feel.

Hottovy said making the new image resonate could be a challenge in some locations.
