  2. Northridge High School, where I graduated from, in Johnstown, Ohio is having a blood drive on Wednesday, 28 October. They have this twice a year and I always make sure I donate. I hope many of you can take some time out of your life to save someone elses. Only 3% of Americans donate blood. Please help to get this number up. It is amazing what one pint of blood can do.

  3. See, this is what I have heard. I'm wondering if the virus has mutated faster due to so many being vaccinated?
I don't wanna hear it, now go grab me another water....
Jporter12 bite me when you arent infected any longer and get your own water! :p
Still contagious, and I don't want to infect any of the kids!

Wouldn't cell phones, or yelling be more effective? :p

Our Mission is to Honor the Men and Women that are being inducted into the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame. There will be twenty inductees honored this afternoon. We will stand a flag line at the Main Entrance for the Inductees and Public to walk through while entering the building. Once the Induction Ceremony is about to start that will be the end of our mission. We are however welcome to get seated in the Auditorium and watch the Ceremony. Please get to your computer and type in Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame and you can see the people that have been inducted already.

District #5 & District #7 Ride Captains John Perry and Mike Hamilton are assigned this mission of Honor. Please follow their instructions. Dress per the weather conditions.

  5. Yeah, my daughter has the flu, they think H1N1. She had a temp of 105.6 last night. It made for a very long night of watching her and keeping the fever in check. She's now down too 100.6, active, eating and drinking a little bit. And she's only 2.

  6. There were Five country churches in a small TEXAS town: the Presbyterian Church, the Baptist Church, the Methodist Church, the Catholic Church, and the Jewish Synagogue. Each church and Synagogue was overrun with pesky squirrels.

One day, the Presbyterian Church called a meeting to decide what to do about the squirrels. After much prayer and consideration they determined that the squirrels were predestined to be there and they shouldn't interfere with God's divine will .

In the Baptist Church the squirrels had taken up habitation in the baptistery. The deacons met and decided to put a cover on the baptistry and drown the squirrels in it. The squirrels escaped somehow and there were twice as many there the next week.

The Methodist Church got together and decided that they were not in a position to harm any of God's creation. So, they humanely trapped the Squirrels and set them free a few miles out side of town. Three days later, the squirrels were back.

But -- The Catholic CHURCH came up with the best and most effective solution so far. They baptized the squirrels and registered them as members of the church. Now they only see them on Christmas and Easter...

Not much was heard about the Jewish Synagogue, but they took one squirrel and had a short service with him called circumcision and they haven't seen a squirrel on the property since.
