  1. Recommendation from Ben: http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=33108&highlight=window+tint Another tint thread: http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=64111&highlight=window+tint It's also discussed in this thread: http://www.ohio-riders.com/showthread.php?t=66611&highlight=window+tint I thought there were more threads on it, maybe they got merged or went to R&R?
  2. Which do you want, good or cheap? There are a few options that have been discussed to death around here.

    Tool Swap

There were quite a few SAE fasteners on that 94 F-150! The older engines used SAE fasteners, the newer metric. Funny thing is, most manufacturers kept SAE threads on the engines, but then the accessories (alt, P/S pump, A/C) used metric fasteners to bolt them to the brackets that are bolted to the engines with SAE's! You won't find many, if any SAE fasteners on that Ranger though, as Tyler points out. It is nice to know that your tool set is complete, though. When one is missing, you WILL need it for something! Murphy is alive and well in the tool world!
  4. I'd rep you for this, but the skippy rule said no, since I (ab)used my rep in the trailer thread...
  5. The store brand is even cheaper! Dr.K is pretty good from Kroger!
  6. Listen to Pauly. That trailer looks quite a bit better. Pauly, do you still use the 12" tires, or did you put bigger tires on it?
  7. I've heard tales of this guy, and the fishin shack...
  8. Or a 2WD Explorer? I know where there's one of those, that I would part with!
  9. Actually, no. The trailer part is simple, and it sounds like you have it figured out. You might shop around a bit for a better price, since you're getting close to the cost of the trailer added on to it, after you add brake controller, wiring, etc... The only reason we're cautioning your choice to pull the trailer with the car is experience. Since you're pretty well set on using the car, take it easy, don't try to break the speed record to get there, don't try to keep up with traffic on hills, etc...
  10. Yeah, even a blind squirrel gets a nut once in a while! It's moving very slowly, but they are still posting.
  11. Still working here. Edit: NVM... Quit after a few more posts.
  12. Maybe rent a small u-haul and a tow dolly? Bikes in the truck, car on the tow dolly. Then rent the same setup to get back home.
  13. Honda automatics are known for their lack of durability.
  14. I think I would just go without a bike for the few weeks you will be there, unless you can find someone to loan (maybe for a small fee) you a vehicle that will handle the bikes and trailer better.
  15. Especially if it has an auto transmission!
  16. That's what I figured! I thought you were smart enough to have done that on purpose...
  17. That area IS scary!!! Put it in layman' sterms... Torched it, beat the shit out of it, then clamped it.
  18. What kind of car are you planning to pull this with?
  19. Yes he ^^^ does wear a tinfoil hat to work.
  20. Geek post I hit this link, without the moscheduling https://www.dps.state.oh.us/ and got a windows 2000 error page!
  21. I wonder if they're going to offer the sportriding techniques class again?
