That is my worry when I get my CHL! I have no reason to be, but when I was young, up to my mid 20's, I was pretty much always a candidate for a BIG violation if pulled over. I can't tell how many times I drove when I was too drunk to walk, rarely had insurance, driving wrecklessly, and usually some sort of vehicle violation. That paranoia has worn off quite a bit, but I still note where the officer's are. I don't even speed by enough to get get their attention hardly ever (in the cage anyway.)

The place I lived about 10 years ago had amazing water, right out of the well. The place was on the side of a huge hill, and the water was naturally filtered by the time it got to where it was being pumped from.

Now THAT is HILARIOUS!

That's about what I'm looking for, just not right now. My D-link is getting old, and the range sux since one of the antennas got broken.

I used to build water coolers! I spent 9-1/2 years with that company. I should have kept the cooler that I had. One down side to bottled water, and well water is that they don't have any flouride in them. My dentist's office recommends a flouride rinse to those that use bottled water, or well water. It's lik $11+ a bottle, too!

We really should get a bottled water cooler, instead of buying the small bottles. I have no problem with most city water, but our well water is terrible! When I change out the pre-filter for the softener, it's always BLACK! And without the softener, the water is orange! YUCK!

A wireless router with a couple USB's would help you out. Printer to one, hard drive to the other, access them from both computers from the network! I LOVE having networked printers, at home and here at work. For the printer, you could also just share it from the desktop, to use it that way on the netbook. For the chill pad, you could use a wall plug to USB adapter. Then you'd still have free usb ports! Just a couple options for you that could work out better in the long run.

I tried a one of the Brita filters that goes on the faucet, and it didn't work very well. I'm thinking about getting a RO unit.

A couple months from now I would be interested. The funds are not available right now, though.
