I don't think he was referring to That Dude, but the jcroz dude. Correct me if I'm wrong...

  2. all seriousneess im a ball buster. the biggest. this is fucking old and stooooopid. its funny how the mods delted everything and anything at will when it pertained to ohio riders gate. give the kid a break. hes young and dumb. we all were. the site is becoming the jerry springer show more and more. again dont get me wrong its fun to kid around, but the horses is dead. someone.

I agree, but with the 2 exceptions below. And I think the ball-buster, :asshole: in you is why it's fun to have you around.

he parked illegally and got a $40 ticket and he made a thread asking what would happen if he refused to pay it....for being out on his own with a huge house and cars etc etc etc he sure is irresponsible as fuck...no insurance, wont pay parking tickets, wonder what else this dipshit is into that he hasnt shared yet

I hadn't seen that one (parking ticket part). I'm not even gonna comment any further, either.

dude is still trying to take shots at people...when he shuts up i think the thread should die, until then, i think he enjoys the attention
  3. doooooood leave the kid alone. mods lock it up. rerally . baby jesus is fucking cryin right now. its old and over. if it had to do with scandal you would be all over it. guys kill me sometimes

Somebody pissed in TD's wheeties! Grab a bagel instead, maybe it'll work out better.

I vote for leave it open as long as the OP keeps digging....

  4. Small world, I live on SR661, right by Timbuk Road. I've got some trails in my woods, but not enough! When the water is low, I'll ride the entire Dry Creek bed clear out to the Licking near 13...that's fun as hell, on a warm day.

I have some friends that grew up out that way, also. Good ole Freonia!

I moved from out there a month or so BEFORE they paved the part of Dry Creek that I lived on. My cousin (where I lived) had a decent amount of property (mostly wooded) to run on, and permission to ride on even more. Now we just have fields out here, for the most part. It's fun in the winter on the snowmobiles that my friends have!

  5. Cat Run Road, in Licking County.

Thought it was out that way! I used to live on Dry Creek, right around the end of Cat Run. I'm not too far from there now, just outside of Johnstown. There are some nice places to take atv's off the road out there, if ya have permission.

  6. but Im kidding , you sir , are serious :)

No, other than how hideous the one you posted was....

I like the LCD + tach that a lot of the newer bikes have on them. The 929rr we have here that's an engine donor for another project is an example. Maybe not COOL as the thread says, but improved from just a couple analog gauges.

  7. It's great to hear when someone appreciates a shop doing the right thing. Sure, it should be expected, but then they go above and beyond! I TRY to be like that in my work, but I have to admit that it's not easy to be like that all the time, as many people don't appreciate it, and think you're trying to rip them off when you notice something else wrong with their vehicle...

Anyway, kudo's to the guys at Cyale Search, I have yet to hear anything bad about them, on here or other times I've heard people talk about them outside of OR...

  8. Eh, me too at first. But being able to only use part throttle and staying between 4000-8500 rpm is enough for me to keep up with most people who aren't riding like it's their last ride. So for me I love that big bore thrust. It's way nicer than revving out my last CBR 600. A torque peak of 75 lb-ft at 6,000 rpm is nice. :)

I'll get a biggier bike one day, I just don't know when I'll even be ready for one! I can sufficiently scare myself on the 500. It would be nice to have some stronger pull, but that's where I scared myself on the 500, popping a hil at just the right speed, gear and RPM combo, front wheel WILL come up without trying! :D
