I use it on him alot, but what's wrong with zook's huh? what? what's the problem? huh? what?
There are a few I'd own, but I don't think any of them are gixxers!
I like the SV's, or maybe a strom.... Don't see it happening any time soon though, other priorities in life.

Oh yeah, she only dropped the Ninja once, and it did NO damage.
Does she know how to drive a car with a manual transmission? My wife doesn't, and even still got going on the bike!
-
I was surprised at how well it went with my wife and learning to ride. The BRC was better for her, more structured, but I think if i had been through the BRC myself, I would've had her riding better, faster. I think there are a few threads about this if you do a search.

Nice one!

Just making sure.
Just messin with ya, as I would hope you already knew that!

cofba used to be an awesome local f-body website. I'm not sure if they are still around or not though. I've been out of f-bodies for a while.
I've spent very little time with my Camaro since I got the first bike... Poor thing is being neglected! I'm talking no more then 3 or 4 hours of working on and dirving. Maybe 50 miles this summer! Damn bikes......

Yes, and as stated above, riding an Aprilia makes you an elitist.
An elitist piece of poo!
Ok, I'd ride an ape. I just can't afford anything other than cheap, older bikes!
suzuki ftwI don't know how many times I've thought about using your sig on you... "shut up stoopid"
(now, I HAVE to make sure my next bike is NOT a zook......)

at the tags!
Yes, thanks to Ben for the awesome forum, and the tolerance of sarcasm, and
A thought on sellout sites, one that I frequented several years ago, and still hit up from time to time seems to still be just OK, but WAY slow. www.thirdgen.org is the site, it's for third generation F-bodies.
There are 2 other bike forums that I hit up, one is ninja250riders, which i don't see very often, and the other is www.vfrworld.com because they have a wealth of older VF and VFR knowledge, and discussion. I have learned quite a bit from there!

I was riding home from either New Albany, or Westerville one evening this summer, and I saw a guy riding something old, possibly similar to what's been posted here, with a sidecar. I lick myself in the ass for not turning where he did and checking it out. I'm willing to bet he would've loved to show it, as it looked like a restored bike.

I still haven't made it to one of these, Meat meets at Moose's Koc(k), but the reviews I've seen have been great!

How often do you have these? Family oriented? Kids meals?
Read the f'in title, moron!
Monthly. When I was considering going to one of the last 2 that he's had, he said it's a family oriented event. He said that he could even break out the Gamecube, IIRC!

if you melted the VC with that amp you were driving it into saturation and clipping the signal, or it was in a poorly tuned enclosure
Poorly tuned enclosure, and too lazy to build another. Live and learn, I suppose.
After everything got ripped off out of the Camaro, I lost the ambition to build another system for a car that rarely gets driven. I have a decent, simple, and not so expensive system in my daily driver, alarm protected, and I MAY consider a better sub for that, since the pair of C12a's just don't sound all that great at higher volumes.
How much are the W7's going for these days anyway?

haha. J is smakin down those dirty reposters.
Id rock the Daffy Duck though.
Yeah, the rat-bastards didn't even look at my thread!
I think I just posted at the wrong time, as I posted this when the Fort Hood thread was new, and a few other more serious threads.
I need to find me some Viper emblems to put on my Intrepid, Daffy style, of course....

check the pawn shops and i would look in grandview at a new web business called retag it the have work tool that people bring in for cash and its fairly new . Heard a lot of stolen shit has been turning up there .
Nice tip. New businesses do seem to not be as conscious about stolen goods, until they've been through the situation.

Copycat!
I already posted pretty much the same thing:

so you gotta take the cheap bike when you go slumming at OR events?
We're not worthy, we're not worthy...
Where the resident Kawi snob? Kawi Kid, where are you?

befor i had my w7 12s in my monte i had 3 kicker l7 12s and the leads kept braking from beating the shyt out of them and i was in the power ranges of them i had 2 older punch 1500s straped to the 3 of them
A bit OT, but the first L7 I had, I melted the voice coil in it with a DX700 amp on it, about 750 watts
. When I talked to the installer at the shop where I bought it, he told me about the leads usually being the weak link. The second one I had got ripped off

Wow. Such a simple crash that in most any other location possibly wouldn't have been all that bad.
Prayers going out for comfort and understanding of the friends and family of the fallen rider. I just couldn't imagine what the fellow riders are going through after witnessing this tragic event.
May his soul Rest In Peace....

Wow, not much activity in such a "controversial" SG!

Ever find out why it was deleted when I started it?
It's the sheep man, it's the sheep.....

Any thoughts of a group getting together and riding in? I'm thinking about getting out for some kind of a ride anyway, no reason not to involve doing something good at the same time!
-
From what I've heard of the W7, and what you want it will work out fine for you.
Keep in mind, I haven't had one of my own, and I'm judging the W7 on what I've heard from professionally installed systems, not from a sound room at a shop.
-
Are you looking for SPL, or SQ? For sheer volume, there are some much cheaper alternatives, but for sound quality (at higher volumes), I think you'll be happy with the W7.

catholicism is simply the a christianized-version of idol worship.
Interesting way of putting it.
I don't really agree with catholicism, but I'm not going to bash catholics for what they believe.

IP has it pretty correct (amazingly
)
It IS a good idea to have someone else teach her. You'll be too quick to get frustrated, and so will she.
The dirtbike in a field is never a bad idea for starters, and you will be PISSED WHEN (not if) she drops your bike.
If you're a very patient person, and are ok with your bike going down, go for it! I've heard people tell of taking off signals, and stuff to keep from breaking them while teaching someone. The bikes used for the BRC have very few signals left on them. Even fewer had all the signals still in place!
