  1. And I'm sure your wife wouldn't have appreciated you bolting out of there as though nothing happened! I'm just glad that I finally got out to some decent roads for the first time this year! It's way too late in the season (with as early as the weather broke this year) to have less than 1000 miles more on the odometer... Unless you're midgettodd!
  2. Nice! And she's right, you are an idiot. However, a funny idiot!

    Ride 6/9?

How was 715? I haven't been out that way this year, and last year being the second year into chip/seal surface it wasn't exactly my favorite road condition.
  4. Isn't that an even worse idea? I thought the price was supposed to be filled in by the seller?
  5. I take it that turned into a NO since I didn't see you there for the part that I was on... Nice looking Triumph! That TL is sick! One of the few Suzuki's that I actually like! Oh darn, I missed this post until it was too late. It was great meeting all of you today! I had fun for the little part of the ride that I was part of! Have fun at the OBX!
  6. Maybe with Norton. After removing NOD32 I couldn't find a trace of it!
  7. It is illegal to do so. IF you do it, make sure that you both remember it, so that if you get a letter from the BMV, (or whoever questions it) you are in agreement of what you sold it for (what it says on the title.)
  8. Parts for the old VF bikes are worth quite a bit. I wish I had time to put into something like that! My 85 Interceptor 500 would be on the road if I had the time to put into it!
  9. I bought Nod32. I don't even notice it running. I WAS running MSE, as well, but I just looked down and it isn't in the system tray. Maybe I just never installed it on this computer? I haven't even had a virus pop up in forever. I even use IE from time to time (for stuff for work that won't run on Chrome.)
  10. Not enough info for even a guess diagnosis. If it's ignition, could be a weak coil, added to the stuff you've listed. If it has a vacuum controlled fuel petcock, it could be not getting vacuum and running out of fuel, or a fuel restriction, such as the petcock itself.
  11. The amount of duct tape I would need to do that for all four of them would cost more than a sitter!
  12. Well, my wife works that Saturday, and the sitter isn't liking working on that one out of 3 Saturdays, even though she gets a day off during that week. I'm going to try to get something figured out though!
  13. Crap, crap, crap! I'm going to try to work it out to make this. Man, I really need to get out for a GOOD ride! This looks really similar to the Hocking route from a couple years ago, which was a blast. The only wildcard on this is whether John stops for ice cream at the DQ in New Lex!
  14. We all know that running Ninja 250 > RC51 project! At least he's riding, and has been!
  15. I'm voting this post for post of the year! +rep to you sir! Ninjadoc: I get what you're saying about him and putting a foot in his mouth. The thing is, he won't own up to the fact that he said something wrong (pretty much every time that he says something dumb) and has a problem seeing anybody else's point. Could someone that's not on the list keep quoting those of us that are?
  16. That road is covered in tar snakes. I used to ride over there a lot when I worked in the Westerville area. I can't remember many time that I would have even considered passing there, traffic usually moves at a decent pace down that road.
  17. No idea until you know how much he wants to get for the land. I say move, ASAP... To somewhere with some squiggly lines on the map! Wow! That area looks like it would be boring for motorcycles!
  18. Do they actually have enough business to employ someone? It's been pretty slow everywhere around here, according to all of the people I have talked to!
