  1. Not the worst I have seen by far thats not what I said. Its called breaking the law and recording it. Do you take your video camera when you go out and break into places? He went left of center at least 3 times his friend did a few more. I believe he passed a bike and a car his friend passed two of each all in a no passing zone. So yeah I believe I watched the same video you did. I have seen people hit the dragon alot harder and drive worse but call it how you see it post a few more up
  2. I got a set of PR3s in March they lasted a little over 10k miles but I had to change them early because I was going on a trip. I think I could have got another couple thousand out of the front. Now I have a PR2 front and a PR1 rear. I love the pr series of tires. I just got them 3 weeks ago and have almost 4000 miles on them they seem to be holding up very good no sign of wear yet. Also they grip very well and cant be beat in the rain
  3. I went down today and got a nice pair of steel toes shoes. Regular price was 109 I got them for 30. They had a few pairs of shoes and boots at that price. Most of the second floor is 50 percent off and the bottom floor is 25 percent off, many good buys
  4. Again all the videos of people driving stupid and breaking the law does not help. Well it helps attract people that want to break the law. And like you said getting hit head on which is from people driving in the wrong lane which he did in this video
  5. lets put it this way I have never posted a video of me passing in a no paying zone on a public forum. Nor do I cross the double yellow line with a blind corner ahead of me, had a sport bike blown around there they both would have been toast. Just the same as after his peg dig into the ground he shot into the other lane. Had a bike been going the other way he would have got creamed. Had it been a car he could have easily have easily killed then we would all be on here feeling bad he died. Again because of people posting videos of stuff like this there are always cops at the dragon and sport riders have a bad image. You can't honestly say he was riding good, he was all over the lane, over both the double yellow and white line while doing at least twenty over the speed limit
  6. Very nice, good job speeding and passing both cars and bikes in no passing zones. Way to record your law breaking activities. Its because of pe ople like you that the dragon is no longer fun thanks
  7. I noticed a few bikes going through the ez pass lane recently but I did not see where they had it mounted
  8. I put a road two on the front and a road one on the back just to compare to the 3s. I have had them two weeks and they have about 3000 miles on them ill let you know what I get out of them
  9. I rode through boston last week ill have to day it does suck but not as bad a new york city. And ill agree north new york is awesome
  10. I would have to question where you found ice and not snow in the northeast, they get hammered with snow every year. Many great places to ski and some of the best powder around. New Hampshires Mt Washington Is only second to Washingtons Mt Reiner for the most snowfall in one year I believe 275 inches a year. Maine has many places with over 150 inches. I even believe that the Us Olympic team has training places up in that reigon But back to motorcycling New Hampsire and Vermont both only have 2 highways which are both scenic and twisty, its all scenic back roads no matter where you go. The weather is not overly hot in the summer and is very cold in the winter but the west is the same way. I would have to say alot of the higher elevations out west have alot sorter riding season than the northeast. Ill also have to add that every state is good in its own way. It all depends on what you consider good riding and what your looking for. If its elevation your looking for go to Alaska. If its tight twisty roads I would say tenn has the best of those. You want the most hot sticky days goto fl or texas. Im sure if you asked enogh people you would hear about something in every state, I know I have not found many I dont like yet
  11. Ohio may be the best riding state and that's why its not in the question. I will have to say the road conditions in most of maine just suck the winters really year them up. Vermont and new hampshire top my list, just as scenic as maine but the states are small enough that the road issues get attention
  12. I had a piece fly past me on 270, it ended up hitting my friend. The chunk blew his windshield out, broke the fairing bolt s, then whipped him across the arm. Even with his coat on it messed him up, his arm was purple for weeks
  13. Have you considered any of the sport touring bikes?
  14. No respect for people that make choices like this. No helmet racing with a passenger just stupid, glad to hear the passenger survived

  16. I have a sa 45 and love it, it has never jammed or had any problem, perfect from day one
  17. Pro tint on brice did mine for less than anyone else. Best install I have ever seen and has a nationwide lifetime warrenty
  18. The fjr is the perfect middle for me, tons of power, speed, can hold its own in the corners. But ill say if you just want a two person long distance bike the gold wing tops all
  19. Usually average about 45 on my fjr
  20. You think the fjr is setup agressivly? What are you an eighty year old lady? Have you owned or toured on one? Now back to the subject at hand what kind of seat do you have that makes a huge difference when touring
  21. People that make choices like this should not own bikes it makes us with common sense look bad
  22. Ugh the only thing worse than a harley is a ford with a harley logo
