    2019 Gap Trip.

I could fix it for you but I won't. Give @Casper 10 bucks to be a supporting member you cheap bastard.
  2. And please recontact them and get the bill number.
  3. You talked to the AMA guy didn't you. He told me that too when I first contacted them to help us. If that is who you chatted with, they should know as you said, but they are mistaken. The current law has the exceptions you mention, it does not include us. Here it is, and you can search away for any mention of ear plugs or hearing or motorcycle you want to. http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4511.84
  4. Since I pick up my new bike in the morning I will suspend my non-posting cuz I don't have a bike for this one post because you guys are killing me with the misinformation. There is no new law, there have been no changes and wearing hearing protection on a motorcycle while in Ohio is still illegal. OSHA regulations do not apply unless you are riding your motorcycle for work and I do not know how that would go in court. Anyone that told Andy otherwise is mistaken. They must have saw our effort and thought we made it through, we did not. And we were left out of the transportation bill that was just passed. We now have HB 129 that is in the House Transportation Committee, it has had it's first hearing. I am sure it will sail through since our Rep that has been helping us is the Vice Chairman on that committee. Once that is done I will have all of you contact the hell out of our House Reps to get yes votes on the floor. House won't be a problem we passed last time with 100 percent yes votes in the House. We will need to work VERY hard on the Senate when we get there, there is a reason they dropped us from the Transportation bill. Someone with power in the Senate must be against us.

    Goodbye OR

Bitch please your ban is, like you, impotent.

    Goodbye OR

I no longer own a bike. I refuse to be 'that guy' that hangs out on a message board about motorcycles without owning one. It's like trying to hang with the cool kids when you simply are not one of them. So I am signing off. And Fuck @Casper
  7. As of last night we are dead. I would bet because some asshat added in music. Motorcycle hearing protection provisions. The House wanted to clarify in state law that bikers can wear earphones or earplugs for hearing protection, as well as listening to music. The Senate nixed those provisions and prevailed.
  8. Looking like the Senate, the House and the Governor are in a pissing contest. We may get lost in the piss.
  9. Cross your fingers, today is the day for reconciliation. And....boom...my Senator is on that reconciliation committee. I called earlier in the week and he was on the Senate committee I spoke at last year. Chatted with him then.
  10. Oh hell, our hero is Vice Chair of that committee.
  11. Our hero's second attempt HB 129 has already had it's first hearing. http://www.ohiohouse.gov/committee/transportation-and-public-safety
  12. Good job. McClaine is our guy during all of this. We will get it done with him if this effort fails.
  13. Not me, but mostly it is in my head. One beer makes me nervous as fuck on a bike. As you said, different for everyone.
  14. You know you are going to sell this before the season is over right?
  15. My wing will have heated seats for your slender Asian ass. You should consider that.
  16. Do not fuck up my deal, I know where you work.
  17. Don't know, I should have thought of that when we started and pulled a public records request. But honestly we are not getting any opposition on this. We just keep bumping into procedural BS.
  18. People, you need to move on this. The Transportation Budget must be passed by March 31....that is this week. Call right fucking MEOW.
  19. "we" refers to all of the people that got this process started, but it is not a real organization. A group of riders here including me, some help from ABATE and AMA after we got it started. You want to refer to the current 'Transportation Budget' that is before the Senate and House. It's bill number is 62, but Transportation Budget will be plenty. If you want more talking points on why legalizing them is a good idea read the first post in this thread. Really appreciate the help Leon, very cool you.
  20. FFS, two weeks ago you blew my phone up asking me all these questions about Sena. And now you are a damn expert?
  21. Ok, another call to action gang. We need to make the Senate phones ring. I have covered Senator Dolan in my district, his aide was very helpful as everyone down there has been. Dolan was on the committee last year when I testified and we chatted. I am hopeful he will help. But the more we get the better off we are, in fact YOUR Senator may be key, one of them is bound to be on the reconciliation committee. 1) Let them know we made passed the House last year with 100 percent yes votes. 2) We passed the Senate Transportation Committee with 100 percent yes votes but we were unable to get to the Senate floor before the session ended. 3) Then explain we are in the House version of the Transportation Budget but for some unknown reason the Senate Transportation Committee removed us and that they need to help get us added back in during reconciliation. http://www.ohiosenate.gov/senators/district-map
  22. Yep, and you will cancel and we will go anyway and have a blast.
  23. How much for the butt plug on the nightstand?
