If you trim the outside of the spacer diameter will it fit into the hole and be stable. Also that glue @Danimal suggested is a good idea. It's like a putty that dries.

They come with a foam spacer. It is the diameter of the speaker, maybe a half inch thick in case you need it closer to your ears.

got ya. So what if you double up the velcro on the helmet side. Make it a tad thicker instead of super thick with the spacer.

Get some sticky backed velcro. Put the correct side on the helmet. The velcro will stick to the foam cover that goes over the speaker that you don't have on yet in your picture. Or put the other side of the velcro on the back of the speaker.
