A really good friend who is the CFO for a huge local law firm (government law) strongly recommends Jay Kelley at Elk and Elk. Yea, it is one of those TV law firms, but he is a senior partner and my understanding is that he runs his own show inside Elk and Elk more or less. If he isn't the guy for you or he does not think you have a case he will tell you so I am told.

I did another thread on it. Senate is on break, I am in contact with all the peeps there. All the motorcycle otgs are behind us. My contact says it will sail through. It has to go through the same process, committee and all that. I'll testify again. When it comes up in the Senate it will have the same number.

Based on gearcomander.com which I have always found accurate that bike at 14.5k in 5th gear should be at 181 mph which is exactly what he is displaying above.

Yea, it costs more on those cases today. But if you fight and win bullshit cases the losing attorneys will stop filling them in the future because they just worked their ass off with no payday. They do it now cuz they know in most cases they will get a check.

Construction is considerably more expensive than it has been in the last 10 years. There is a construction boom, they don't have to cut their prices.
