  1. For the record, he was hired to test them, we did not actually steal any money or crap like that.
  2. Also, if your cards get compromised it just plain sucks. Especially if you are out of town and they all get tagged. Then there is the hassle, and if it is your Debit card your bank account might be empty for a few days until you get it fixed. Anyone that uses their ATM card for anything other than banking transactions is a fool. I sat in a parking lot of a well known grocery store with my kid with a wireless antenna and a laptop. They were passing ATM card info WITH PIN's in plain text via wireless. We had everything we need for hundreds of cards...just had to punch them out on a card machine and run around and hit them each at an ATM.
  3. I agree, in the context of this thread you are dead on. But it's what Casper needs. He is getting old, that Daytona his killing his back.
  4. Do you have any accessory leads that are not in use, it can plug in anywhere that is 'switched'. Hopefully near the front like behind the headlight where they often are. A lead that is off when the key is off, and on when it is on. It's a five minute job, I will do it for you.
  5. Does it have an idiot light or gauge for the charging system? I ask because lots of bikes don't have one, mine is one of them. I always add one so I know something is up before the battery completely dies. It adds piece of mind after events like this. You may recall me adding it in Sam's driveway. Below is the one I get, they have a fake chrome one too. https://www.amazon.com/Kuryakyn-4218-Black-Battery-Gauge/dp/B000GU5WNO?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0
  6. Even without you saying anything I would be shocked if they tried to charge you.
  7. Is it possible that the Ducati dealer is putting Ducati parts on Tim's Triumph? That would explain a lot.
  8. Well if it makes you feel better, you are changing your oil three times as often as I change my rear tire.

  10. It's not semantics, your wording was shit and gave everyone the impression that you are a dumbass.
  11. They do? I thought his bike was broke again, that is hardly under control.
  12. They take your bike back and give you your money back, minus how much you used it. How much they subtract is always the difficult part. After it being in for the same problem 3 times you can demand that. http://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/Individuals-and-Families/Consumers/Consumer-Tips/Consumer-Tips-Auto/Lemon-Laws The above assumes you bought it new, just realized you could have bought it used with warranty still available......
  13. One more time and you can lemon law it.
  14. This should be good. I'll start. Ohio does not require you to disclose to the LEO's unless you are carrying concealed.
  15. Is your bike going to be fixed man? I feel bad for you, a new emotion for me. Very odd.
  16. Ok, you got me on that one. I just gave myself warning points.
  17. Weather is looking freaking epic. Been watching it for awhile and it has been getting better, which is a great sign.

  19. Good info, did not know that. Thanks asshat.
  20. Yes. I couldn't find much on those. But I only searched subjects.
  21. Ok, I moved as many as I can. I'm done, that sucked.
