  1. Well if you are picking it up in Akron in the morning, swing by on the way home makes sense to me. It is sort of on the way. Just text me an ETA in the morning. I will PM you the address and phone number.
  2. Even though I hate you I intend to take pity and stop often. Even if it is just for 5 minutes at the rest area's. cc @Isaac's Papa We have two options on the way down. Slab to Beckly all the way. Tim and I leave 82/77 at 10 am. Pick up IP in New Philly at 11 am. Slab to Charleston, last hour on route 3 which is a very nice ride, but not epic twisties. If we do that we leave 82/77 at 9:30 am and pick up IP at 10:30 am. You two decide, I am cool either way.
  3. Ohhhh, well that is pretty unavoidable unless we leave at like 6 AM.
  4. Whats the problem with the slab Thursday, it's less than 40 miles. It's already 7 hours in the saddle and we need time at the museum. I can certainly take the slab out if the collective wants but it seems like a decent way to get everything in. But I have a comfy couch and cruise control, and a cup holder so I get it if we need to change it.
  5. Congrats, and well deserved. Most of us will be at the Gap or OTW to the Gap that day....so please don't think our absence means we hate you.

So @tyler524 had to cancel, he was sharing a lodge room with someone. So his spot might be available. Go back a page and you will see him mention it.

We have several Farmers Markets in Cleveland built by tax dollars.
  8. Wednesday will be easy, our meet spot in Beckly is on 16. Just follow the signs for 16 until it ends, turn left and the hotel is right there. I will pull over both days as we get to the really epic parts and wave you speedy asshats past me also.
  9. My bike loves the twisties as much as yours does. I promise Thursdays route will be epic, yea there is some slab. But your bike does not want to miss 209 and 212. Now, your bike wants to go faster than mine can, I get that....so take off and rock and roll. NP at all.
  10. So theoretically he can get the pin. But he still needs the card....he needs the physical chip which is still in your wallet.
  11. Depends on the card company. None of mine require the pin. It isnt about debit or charges. It is added safety, its two factor authentication. Something you have (the card) and something you know (the pin).
  12. You still got a few days to trade the Daytona in for an FJR.
  13. You need a better mirror.
  14. If we are doing that gauge this weekend let me know. My schedule is pretty open except Sunday mid-day.
  15. Ok, based on my calculations below is the current list of peeps in this group. Please confirm or deny and speak up if I missed you. @Casper @cmh_sprint @Isaac's Papa @TimTheAzn @OsuMj @Howabusa @marlboro man @Blitz Honorary member not really attending: @Cdubyah
  16. Ducati repair parts acquired. Duck gives us boatloads of it for the art classes float each year.
  17. We are a day late for @Isaac's Papa 's birthday. But here you go:
  18. Just change it man.
  19. Yep, I was just taking it to the next level and being very clear what the pace is going to be like. And like you I don't know Warren or his abilities. I only know I would crash in the first corner if I was at Jim's pace.
  20. You mean Mach Retard? Yet he seems to be perfectly safe and in control at that pace. Quite amazing actually, I am Jelly.
  21. For the record, he was hired to test them, we did not actually steal any money or crap like that.
  22. Also, if your cards get compromised it just plain sucks. Especially if you are out of town and they all get tagged. Then there is the hassle, and if it is your Debit card your bank account might be empty for a few days until you get it fixed. Anyone that uses their ATM card for anything other than banking transactions is a fool. I sat in a parking lot of a well known grocery store with my kid with a wireless antenna and a laptop. They were passing ATM card info WITH PIN's in plain text via wireless. We had everything we need for hundreds of cards...just had to punch them out on a card machine and run around and hit them each at an ATM.
  23. I agree, in the context of this thread you are dead on. But it's what Casper needs. He is getting old, that Daytona his killing his back.
