  20. It's currently owned by the Feds, it is part of the Tennessee Valley Authority. They lease it to whoever operates it. It has been further complicated by the area around the dam becoming its own town and they get lots of tax dollars from it. They are very screwed if it does not open. Yes, someone will pick up the lease and run it again, but not this year is my bet. Too many unknowns.
