And they have an internet connection, and a laptop. The world is very different in other districts, Elyria where I worked has an 80 percent Free and Reduced rate. Those kids don't have internet at home. The district has enough Chromebooks to send home....but without internet that is pointless. There are a huge number of districts with this issue.
