Where you located?

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. The diesel excursions are going for a stupid amount more than the gas equivalent which sucks but I'm sure you already knew that

transmission shop recommendations needed
noobiemcnooberson. replied to Stallion Motorsports1647545491's topic in Passing Lane
You'll have to replace tranny and PCM. Honda will actually be sorta cheap due to the large number of remanufactured units are available. Unfortunately your problem isn't very uncommon with those -
Fuck badgers. Real talk

Christ Lutheran Church is holding a benefit car show for my friend Garrett Diller who is a big car/ Honda dude and partially responsible for getting me into cars. Proceeds are going to help pay for his medical expenses. In the past it has been mostly older classic cars but the show is open to all car types and bikes. Show is Saturday September 17th. Registration starts at 10:00AM-1:00pm. Judging will be held at 1:30pm. Dash plaques will be given to the first 50 registerants. Show is held at the Christ Lutheran Church in Heath Ohio right off S.R 79 by Dairy Queen. There will be trophys, food and a auction with sponsors from Advance Auto, Honey Baked Ham and Dairy Queen. Please come show your support for a good dude and maybe win a trophy in the process:masturboy:

Tpr's car has much more suspension tuning than Josh. I remember about 3 or so years ago when that car used to be black. There is alot more too it than just the power level. Tpr did dyno at 1100 according to a video they put on YouTube. I doubt they were turned that high up with the track as shitty as it was

No Trades:dumb: Bone Stock 1996 Civic Dx Hatchback Clean Title 1.6L D16y7 5 speed Ice cold A/C 130k miles Timing Belt and Water pump have been done Fresh Mobil 1 synthetic oil change w/Honda filter Tranny Fluid changed with Honda MTF Brake and clutch master fluid flushes with Honda DOT 3 Brake fluid Coolant flushed with Honda 50/50 long life coolant Brand New OEM Front pads, Brand New Advance Auto Front Rotors Lifetime warranty Brand New Axles JVC Cd player with Aux input Interior is a solid 7. Complete and unmolested. Cup holder lid is broken Exterior is a 6.5, could easily be improved with a little elbow grease but cost would go up to reflect that. Mechanically id give it a 7.5, very solid with a few minor issues that need to be addressed I bought this from the original owner who bought this car in California and owned it up until about 500 miles ago, and was moving back to California. I have the original window sticker as well as all the owners manuals for this vehicle. It was adult driven and not riced out or abused at any point in its life. Runs and drives great. Clutch is very firm. Tires have good tread but are kinda cheap. Have a little road noise but the worst is on the right rear and still roadforce balanced ok. Known issues: Rear brakes are kinda noisy at times, would not be a bad idea to go through them or just swap on some rear discs. A/C drive belt has some cracking and probably could use replaced. Small dents on right side quarter panel, very minor rust bubble on right quarter. I have removed the weather strips and hit it with rust treatment. Some small paint chips and oxidation on the paint. Definitely could use a good wax and buff. Water was leaking through tailight on left side, needs a new gasket which will be addressed shortly. Asking 3k. Will negotiate if you don't want a couple of the extras. Will include a 99-00 Si Gauge cluster within 2k miles of actual vehicle mileage as well as original cluster. I also have a 99-00 style climate control with factory cd player and 2 right side 99-00 tailights (which is why I haven't addressed the small leak yet) Located in Newark Ohio. http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q124/h22eg6sir/IMG_20110710_152610.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q124/h22eg6sir/IMG_20110710_152552.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q124/h22eg6sir/IMG_20110710_152539.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q124/h22eg6sir/IMG_20110710_152300.jpg http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q124/h22eg6sir/IMG_20110710_152232.jpg

Any where in Columbus offer this service? Specifically for a Honda?

That was my best past to date. I think it still has a few more tenths in it. Been a huge learning curve but everytime I go to the track I drop a few tenths

If your on drag radials don't go in the water box. Water gets trapped in the tread

Is the woodruff key still in the crank pulley? It could have fallen out and you will not be able to set correct time -
