I was sent these for free, to test for myself. If a linear rate spring company wants to send me their springs for comparison testing to the stock spring I'd be more than willing to do that. That is all I can say.

Actually it wasn't even photoshop. Ulead photo editing program. Photoshop is a PIA when it comes to merging layer IMHO.

Lego's rocked! My favorite toys were my dads tools. We had endless homes being build around me as a kid and building things was great fun. Tree houses, forts, ramps to jump, go carts, boats to float down the creek and anything else we could dream up.

+1 to the danger of a spinning prop. When I worked in NY we had a guy grab a running shop fan thru the guard to move it. I was a first responder, asked why he'd stick his finger into the guard he said with the equipment running he didn't realize the fan was on. He was lucky, just nicked the tips off his fingers. Bloody mess though.

I have an etrex and Model 60. Both work well, but get one with color screen. Both of mine allow you to load tracks into them or draw tracks on the computer and then transfer into the unit. It is a bit harder with a Mac but can be done. Lots of people have older unlocked maps they can share with you so you don't have to pay $100 for a map that never changes. If you decide you want a cheap one to try I'll sell you my black and white etrex with a copy of North American topo map for $50. That way I can say I need a new one and get a color unit for the bikes that I really want.

I would definitly have ALL documents in order and take this very seriously if it actually makes it to a court of law. Avoid at any cost going to arbitration by a "neutral party" as it seldom helps and is more likely to cost you more in time and allow them to build a better case. If you can go to the court and request a disclosure of all charges against you so you can deny each one and have paperwork to back it up you can probably get it thrown out of court.
