  1. Thanks. But as I told someone else you didn't have to hear my whining, crying and bitching as I squirmed thru the mud with that 500lb beast falling on me every 30 ft. Holy caveman, Rob, Kory and some others were simply in second heaven.
  2. Looks like a Jeff Foxworthy hunting photo.
  3. Part of the Headless Hooligan ride was done in total darkness on slimy single track. It was my first time off roading at night. Not sure I'd say I was having fun. Anyone else ever try this? Not a ton of video but you'll get the idea. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tqQCCxi7cI
  4. I thought you always looked like that?
  5. I don't know sort of a well defined edge for a mistake. Scruit can verify that it is the original photo and not doctored up I'm sure. Besides I'm not that tech savvy. Like I said too odd it happened once out of 49 photos, in that place. Here's a photo from inside the jail looking out towards where I was standing.
  6. No gloves at that time as they were on the bike. Even if I did they are neoprene snow mobile gloves I use for cold weather riding. Helmet was on the bike too. No one was next to me, closest person was in the door way of the prison. As Chevy said sony / Sanyo ((( ))) my tv is a sony. Jacket is a Tour Master shown here.
  7. So have you had a chance to analyze the photo? Or did you have to send it to ghost hunters for the xenon bromide spectral analysis they do?
  8. And so kids, now we all know why the stock market is so F'd up. Now Doc stay the hell off Wall Street will you?
  9. Is that the nice way of saying "did you have gas"?
  10. I had photos I took inside the building with no flash. If it was on auto it should have gone off inside there. It might be a digital error on the cameras part but why there, why then? There were 49 other photos in different lighting conditions that were all fine. Sony camera so it's not some cheap camera. If it's not proof it sure puts a question out there. Photo sent.
  11. No flash used and you can see the area in the 1st photo in the second photo posted earlier. Not sure how to do what you ask with the origional. But if you want to PM me your e-mail I'll send it to you to investigate it.
  12. What's the old movie line? "Your internets writing checks you're wallet can't cash"? Glad you got out of the deal but think that the Strom is a great bike. No crotch rocket, but it'll go where they won't.
  13. Cold I can take, cold and rain sucks. I got poured on Saturday night in the dark out near New Straightsville. By the time I rode up 33 to get back to the truck I was freezing cold and couldn't wait for the heater in the truck to kick in.
  14. I guess that's the thing about Ghosts. They are always in that gray area between real and fantasy, tangible and intangible. Occam's razor becomes a hammer to beat the facts to what you want to believe or don't want to believe.
  15. lots of other video and photos. No other issues even when it was dark out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79VXmezBGYQ
  16. Not sure but I was told it was the Jail in the photo. Hey, it's Halloween! Got to put some haunted stuff out there. Never made it to Moonville or the other place yet. Normally I'm not a big one for haunted stuff.
  17. You think the camera is haunted?
  18. No, I'm a little old to believe in Santa and the Easter Bunny.
  19. So last night me and some friends did a Halloween ride out to San Toy, a ghost town out near New Straightsville area. Well, I took some shots with my new Sony camera as we scouted the "ghost town". All the other shots are 100% fine but this one with the old jail in it has this weird over exposer looking thing on the left side. Did I catch the edge of a ghost? Spooky! See this shot is fine
  20. This is why I carry gold bars. Yeah there heavy but none of that why all the cash BS form the police.
  21. It will be interesting to see if...... Issue 2 passes and public employees are still fired / laid off on mass Issue 2 fails and public employees are still fired / laid off on mass Most interesting is how Fire Fighters and Police are the ones fighting this the hardest when there are so many other public workers this will effect. Why isn't there an add with a street sweeper, waste water operator, tax collection accountant, EPA official, or social worker? Maybe because those people don't have any answer to the questions about the cost of the service? Police, fire fighters, teachers, nurses who have more public exposure are front and center. Yet they are also the services that no politician "wants" to cut because it effects voters directly! "Just something to think about".
  22. Okay, I've got one Karma story. Nothing to do with motorcycles though. I live in the country so when a neighbor asks a favor, you do it because you will most likely need their help sometime too. So when my neighbor asked if I could cut down some weeds with my tractor for their daughter up the road I said sure. She insisted to pay me so I figured I'd ask for cost of fuel $20 to mow down about an acre of weeds and small trees with my finishing mower. She explained it wasn't her property but the neighbor had said she could mow it down. So I cut down everything I could till the trees got to big for the mower to handle. About that time the neighbor comes over and hands me another $60 saying how grateful she was. So for 2 hours work I made $80. I felt so bad I went back the next day with the bucket on the tractor and cleared the rest by back grading it and pulled out three telephone size poles hiding in the weeds. Glad I didn't hit them with the mower deck!
