(not trying to be snarky, although you may take it that way): Are you saying that EPA restrictions in Dayton and Columbus are not the same? Is this due to some smog-type rule, just as some Ohio counties have a muffler sniffer (e-Check?) requirement but most don't? I searched the Ohio and Federal EPA sites but could not find any articles relating to octane. If Columbus pumps say 87=90, and Dayton pumps say 87=87, then what does that mean? Is Dayton not using the (r+m)/2 method for measuring octane?

Shoot, was shopping for levers yesterday; from looking at the website it looked like they only dealt in clothes/gear, not parts, so I kept searching and bought elsewhere. I'm not understanding all the support for someone who chose to drive drunk (I'm assuming), chose to take a passenger with him, and then killed himself and his passenger. Driving altered is a stupid, dare I say a jackass thing to do. Riding with someone who is in an altered state is also a jackass move. Both persons share in the blame game, but the person who chose to take a passenger with him when he (the driver) was in an altered state has to shoulder more blame.
