for all those glass hitting fans, don't because its harder unless sides arent exposed. If the sides are exposed push in on the door by hinges toward center of the machine. This will cause the door to flex and item will drop if stuck between shelf and glass if its stuck on the curly thing, still don't hit the glass as that does no good. Gently rock it side to side if possible
