Im military and I could careless about this. If theyre coming from down range, they are on official orders and will be reimbursed. Everyone talking about a GTC should STFU because DoD is transitioning from those to a CSA. Unexpected travel expenses are now a PITA to deal with since we're using CSAs. Poor Johnny is not paying for his checked bags, taxpayers are. Do I appreciate Airlines offering free checked bags on NON-OFFICIAL travel..why yes bc I do travel alot. Do I raise hell if I dont, no bc im on NON-OFFICIAL travel.

You need to adjust the idle after adding a slipon. Maybe im just misunderstanding your problem.

I flew as a flight test engineer at Edwards AFB, CA with the test pilot school. I had the honor of flying with some of the best test pilots out there on F16s, T38s and various other aircraft. With no real flight training and fresh out of college with Aero Engr degrees I was pretty happy. Currently active duty with the Air Force.

Texas will not get rid of Mack Brown with what he has done for that program. None of the fans or alumnus want him gone either. So not really sure what this 2013 stuff is all about. On another note (not directed at Inyazz), just because Ohio is home doesnt mean people want to come back to this craphole of a state.

I reserve my comments about Chuck Yeager.

A lot of test pilots are complete assholes. They are not in fact gods gift to this earth. However most are badasses and the things going on at EDW are amazing. The last feeling I ever want to experience again is the loss of a test pilot during a mission. If you think sr71 test pilots are badass you should read up in the greats like Peter Engle...
