If you're slightly smaller than a size 9 these may fit....if you're closer to a 9.5 then these wont. I wear a 8.5 shoe and these fit me well.

Last time I was at MEPS, some 17 yo girl was in the front lawn balling her eyes out and they were shoveling the teeny boppers onto the bus for boot camp....it was a pretty funny and sad sight.

What shoes are you using? I wouldnt recommend any of the minimalist running shoes if your knees are weak...i would assume you need some cushioning. Brookes and Asics Gel Kayano are great shows as well. Take care of yourself too, im sure this is difficult since you're so focused on your loved ones...but if you're not ok, you cant take care of them. Emotionally and physically. Find a physically outlet for all that stress and pent up emotion. Running is amazing. Working in any capacity is great both physically and emotionally.

I didnt read all 12 pages. But being raised in Texas, we have some of the best beef brisket you will ever taste in your life. Us southern folks appreciate the simpler things in life. Good mesquite and salt/pepper should be everything you need if you pick a good piece of meat. Most of the brisket sold around here are too lean and not the best for smoking. You want atleast a good 1/4 layer of fat on your brisket. Smoke at 225 for about an 1.5 per pound.

I'll have to try those pressures next time at the track...I was told by Dunlop guys to run 32-34 Front and 30-32 Rear. Last time I was at Putnam i ran the low end of that range and felt fairly good.

Id throw in Myrtle Beach also.
