It's all understood. Everyone is on the same page. Thanks for the edit Rocky31186

Unfortunately, many are in the same situation. I put it on the class they took, not the shooter for getting a "pass". Kudos to him for wanting more training and recognizing the importance. Thanks for the compliments, it means a lot guys. Bob, next class is looking to be the 19th of January. I haven't posted it yet, but there are a few people for it already.

Wow! Thanks Chris. I'm glad they enjoyed the class. They were great to work with. Thanks for referring them to me.

Room for one more stocking stuffer. Several members here have messaged me this week asking if I do Gift Certificates for training. I have them complete now, thanks to the help from Drewhop and his wife. CCW class is the most common one so far. But, there are a few for personalized firearms training requests as well. At this time all classes are taught on my range in the New Albany/Johnstown area. The CCW class covers all the mandatory training for the state of Ohio from NRA certification. This is a 12 hour class and typically a one day. Class size is limited to 10 people. Typically this class is taught once a month and dates vary. Cost is $100 for non CR students. Add $20 for gun rental and ammo, if needed. For the Personalized firearms and Marksmanship training, I focus strongly on the fundamentals of shooting to bring them together for effective accurate application for the individual shooter. This class is 2-3 hours for an individual. I will do a small group, up to 4, for a half day class. This is not a class I mix and match people with. It’s the individual, or a group that sets it up together. This is not an advanced shooter or tactical class. This is one on one range time to get proper instruction and work out challenges shooters and non-shooters face (first time shooters). Cost is $100 for non CR members. Gun rental and ammo is available. Cost will vary depending on the amount of ammo used. Class is taught as requested and scheduling may vary. Basic AR15 class will go over the weapon itself, to have a good understanding of its ability and means for use. This class will teach sight manipulation, weapon zero with iron sights, with the focus being on proper fundamentals of marksmanship. This is not a class that will need excessive amounts of ammo, maybe 50-100 rounds. This is an individual, or a group that sets it up together. This is not a tactical class. Weapon inspection is required prior to class to ensure your set up and my class are compatible. This is a 2-3 hour class. You will leave class with your weapon dialed in for you, the shooter. Cost is $100 for non CR members. Class is taught as requested and scheduling may vary. CR discount is 25% off class for members. No discount on gun rental or ammo. Feel free to PM me requests or to ask questions. Thanks CR and Happy holidays

Are you looking for used, or for input from people on deals they know of? What is your price range or cap?
-
^^ As Aaron said. Also, what are you looking for? For some things, I like to work with certain shops, rather than others. If I just want an average 20g shot gun for shooting trap, I'm ok with Cabela's. If I want an AR to certain spec's, I'm talking to Gun Envy. If I want a gun that has a LEO/Military discount, I'm talking to Vances.

Tesla Dealers about to be outlawed in Ohio
Mojoe replied to Gergwheel1647545492's topic in Passing Lane
This whole thing just comes across as desprate and greedy. Personnally, I don't care about the dealerships "big picture". Job's, profit, and all the other things attached to dealerships are due for a industry restructure, IMO. It would be nice if this was the start point and resulted in better product service and less middle man service. Best of luck Tesla. EDIT: So traditional dealerships are Pimp's. Now a Ho is making money on her own and the pimps are worried the other Ho's are going to start trying to do the same. Except there are rules the pimps are trying to go by so the Mob bosses are ok with it and get their cut. So, it's likely the mob will put a hit on the stray Ho to make a point, so no others try this. Sounds about right. -
How a differential works, circa 1937 (Still relevant)
Mojoe replied to Mensan's topic in Pics and Vids
I had never seen it. I get it now. Thanks -
I have a couple gift certificates that were requested from people here on CR. One is for a firearms familiarization and marksmanship class. This would probably cover what you're looking for. I focus on marksmanship and fundamentals pretty heavy to bring them together for effective shooting; for the shooter, not Rambo. Price would be based off how long you want to train. Feel free to call, and I can cater a class to your needs.

I like WOW. That said, thye did an install at one place I lived and F#^%ed my place up. The install guy was a tool and they paid me $1000 and a free year of cable, for this guy being dumb. Once that was all sorted out, I was pleased with WOW's cost and options.

FYI, out of the office on vacation until the 18th Called CCA, talked to Jay. I would have liked a little bit of customer service over the phone. If I knew all there was about remote starts, I wouldn't have had to call you.

Vance's has always been $2-3 over what the price could be and still make money. They just want too much money now. Deals are hard to find there. LEPD has a range. That's about where the good stops.
