I have seen you close to this at one of my parties. It was freaking great. Have no fear, the couch will be set up again soon once me move back in town. As for Company parties, I get tired of the "doing it for the families". We are doing a lunch with the the workers at a place we can drink. That, I think will be fun. Over planning to make it a "grand event" has turned into a pain in the ass too many times.

We are leaning more toward something like this. The 529 always gets some for Birthdays and Xmas. All good point made with about that though.

I'm hearing that more and more. I ordered mine and after 2 months, it still wasn't in. A friend on here sourced it for me and hooked me up. I believe my order is still pending and it's now about 4 months. Some places have had them in. The 9mm is seen much more than the .40. They are getting as bad as Kel Tec guns. Release something many people want, but don't put many out there for people to get. That 3M spray is good stuff. The fumes are crazy strong. The seamless look may be something I try Vs. using 20 adhesive patches to cover a stock.

I like the above mentioned things. I will look into them, thanks. If I was up there with them to shoot more often, I would be all over this. Maybe in another year or two.

I have a Niece (10yrs) and Nephew (6yrs) and I need a little help on what to get them for Xmas. Frankly, they are spoiled and it is starting to show pretty bad. In the past I bought them a XBOX w/ Kinect so I could play the games with them and hang out through LIVE. They live in Vermont. I have bought all the leap Frog stuff. I have bought programs to help excelerate their learning. I just can't bring myself to send up Furbies and other crap. She is into Justin Bieber and things that glitter. She doens't play sports He is a gear head in the making. Crash it up, throw it and hope it makes a lot of noise. But, he has too much of that already and I'm sure he will get more for Xmas. Both kids have been closer to naughty than nice this year, with attitudes and not listening. They know Uncle Joe gets pissed when they are like that and it cost them not going to the water park when I was there to visit. Doing that devistated them. They couldn't believe I said they didn't deserve it. Hell, I wanted to go to the park more than they did probably. My Sister and Brother in-law work hard and the kids don't see it. I tell you those things because I want something fitting. Not something to brag about. Something they can learn from. I have looked at things they NEED, but they have everything. I thought about getting models for him to put together, but he is still smashing things and being wasteful. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think you will hear an explination that starts like this. Good for you doing your part though. I hope she gets embarassed by the system and that it works for the people who it need to. Looks like I didn't didn't finish writing my thought above, but I think you get what I was saying. Looking down the barrel, it was pretty torn up. I would say the extractor issue is pretty fare approach and a small issue. I shot a few mags of Tula in my 1/9 AR. I had no issues. My 1/7 will only see M855 until there is a shortage or cost dictates different. Basically is I just want to avoid steel, that's my preference. I have not done any accuracy testing with steel, but I do plan to. I have compared 55 to 62 grain on a zero target and can tell you there is almost no difference in point of impact. Zero target simulates 300m, and I didn't see enough change to justify me changing my zero. This was on the 1/9 for what it's worth. Just FYI.

I don't like steel through a barrel due to one of the guns we had growing up. We shot it quit a bit and it did some damage to the rifling and looking down the barrel. We were shooting for cheap and steel was cheap. I just said I wouldn't shoot it anymore with anything I plan to keep.

My Dad had a bunch of random ammo and we have been getting rid of what we don't have, Hooked someone up with some .44 mag. haha I think If I got some High cal in bulk, I might buy one too. All you mike. PM'd back Thanks, Lock it up

I probably have 40 or so patches myself. Thought about covering a stock and hand grip.

Liking that Multi cam belt set up. Very nice. Spent a bit of time this weekend reorganizing and consolidating gear and ammo. New trigger going on the Shield tomorrow. Then some indoor time getting use to the trigger, sometime this week.

I guess if people are thinking it's high, I would like to see where you are getting 62 grain/ M855 for less than what this drum offers. Or are you guys saying you can get 55 grain for less. There's a big difference. And steel is not an option.

It was handed off to me from my Dad. Neither of us has a weapon that fires this. It's Remington ammo. Would like to trade .22 ammo for it, but willing to hook up anyone who can use it. First PM that is firm with getting it, owns it.

It depends on how you ride. For me, it's plenty and then some. I tell people I have a 250, with 500 on reserve.

Almost positive that is 55 grain. The 62 grain is a little more usually. Still a good price though.

Being that it's the 62 grain, it would be worth it. Give this thread till Tuesday and enough people will see it. Over all, if 10 people went in, @$430, they would get 1250 rounds each. Not a bad price. I tend to see this ammo at about the $400 mark for 750 rounds
