You hit the most of what you are noticing. Recovery from evening workouts is reduced from basically going straight to rest from workout. AM workouts give the day for the body to continue to use the muscles, and not tighten up. Although rest is great and what you need to recover, the actual build and recovery is more challenging. AM workouts also allow you to feed the rest of the day, to aid in recovery. If you work nights, all this is simply flipped for you sleeping during the day. How much rest, recovery and progress needed is simply a direct reflection of how demanding your workout is on your body. Am workouts on an empty or light stomach, also will help your body burn the right energy. It is easier for our body's enzymes to break down protein for energy, than it is to convert fat to energy. And that is all fat really is, stored energy reserves. You have to feed the body often and on time, so it knows food is there when it needs it. That way it will burn fat and not convert elements to energy with the intent to store it. AM workouts are good.

Looked at them for dirt, whatever they were looking to get ride of, not top soil. This was when I was looking for the berm, they wanted $350 per truck for clay, rock and stump mix. That retarded, considering it took 50 loads to build what I have now. Looked at them again last year for some type of typical limestone, don't recall now. But the price was going to be over $4500 for what I need. At that cost, I would rather have chip seal.

What stone and how much? That may be the difference.

Round up has been an on going battle and cause of cancer with agricultural communities. I stopped using it a couple years ago and have had good results with home made combinations, like this http://thethriftycouple.com/2014/05/31/diy-alternative-for-weed-b-gone-or-roundup-homemade-recipe-is-effective-and-safe/. Unless you are fighting a very invasive weed or growth, like cattails, you probably don't need a harsh chemical, like round up. And if you have pets, or are in a suburb, that's even more reason to avoid using it. Treat it while it is growing, as was said, to get to the roots. Gloves, eye protecting and clothing to cover your skin is a must. I messed with some crazy stuff a few years ago, and the mist from the sprayer ate the gloves and hazed the glasses I was wearing.

Reading these comments means so much to us. We want to do what we are doing, the way we are doing it. There are some admin restrictions that we are in the process of breaking through. Again, to read that we are having the impact we are, is very encouraging. There is always room to improve, but this lets us know we are on track to doing it right. Thank you. My mom got a hold of a Jennings a few years ago. I took it out to shoot it. It had issues every shot, and never actually fired a shot. I told her it was mine now and gave her a .380 I had with me. Then I shot the Jennings with a .308, to put it out of it's misery of trying to be a gun. Do what you can to off load it. Good luck.

This was purchased from the store Bon Marche, it's like a high end Macy's. The set was over $4000 new, about 6 years ago. It is real leather, not the synthetic stuff offered in most places these days. We simply do not use this furniture, and are looking to change things up with how we use the space it is in. The set has been sitting unused for a little over 3 years. We just don't use it and want the space freed up. This is a sofa, love seat and ottoman set. Asking $750, obo. I need this gone. Good to read the other feed back. Of all the things we talk about in our classes, this is the one thing 99% of the class has never heard of. People are like, "shit, that can happen"?

Pull up a chair, if you don't know what one is. They are kind of rare, and that's a good thing. Howard and I teach about them in class. It's hard to think back over the thousands and thousands of rounds we have fired, yet we both had never encountered one, or knew anyone who had had a squib load. That is, until Howard had one last year, during a class we were teaching. And now, this past weekend, I ran into one also. So what is a squib load? According to SAAMI, “A cartridge or shell which produces projectile velocity and sound substantially lower than normal. May result in projectile and/or wads remaining in the bore.” The danger in a squib is that if you have an obstruction in the barrel and the fire another round, you could have the gun explode. There are pictures out there of someone who fired six rounds and stacked in the barrel. That gun is done. They ended up cutting the barrel for a side view, it was actually kind of impressive. When Howard had his, it was with some ammo we had gotten ahold of and knew it was junk. I had read up on squib loads, and seen that people who reload ammo had run into them a bit more, but I didn't see much about there being accurances with factory ammo. We have been in agreement, that the tolerances and standards for modern ammo manufacturing has come a long way, so that is a likely reason these are not common. And, then I had mine. I was shooting CCI Maxi Mag .22WMR. Gun used was a Kel Tec, PMR30. I actually hadn't notice any difference in the feel, as there is little recoil with this caliber. I did notice the sounds was not right. And in looking at the gun, I was lucky to see the slide was not seated forward. The bullet had lodged about 3/4" in the bore, blocking the next round from chambering properly. I confirmed the blockage by shining a light from the muzzle and looking in the chamber. No light shine through. I then slid a cleaning rod in to double check, and sure enough, the bullet was in the bore. What's the fix? For the most part it is pretty simple. Break the weapon down and secure the barrel in a vice. Then tap the bullet out in the direction of travel. I called CCI to see if they had any other issues with the lot number from the box. Another great reason to keep ammo in its original box. They asked me to write and email with the details and that they will be sending me a shipping label for the cartage, bullet and the remaining ammo. They will inspect it and then I'll get some sort of refund. They thanked me for reporting it, because it allows them to track that lot and see if there are more problems with it. Here are some pics. This powder should have all burned, ably about a 1/4 of it did.
