Thanks for the advice guys I removed the knuckle as per the shitty repair manual. Then took the whole thing to the local napa to have the hub assembly pressed out. Removing it wasn't too hard. The first one took about 3 hours because I had no clue. I cranked the second off in about 1/2 an hour. Took them to the napa shop just before they closed and they are going to press them out first thing in the am. The guy said they need pressed out due to heating up and all the road gunk. The 4 bolts then seat the new one place. I marked where the struts meet the knuckle in an attempt to not screw up the alignment. Wasn't too hard once I quit doubting myself. Hopefully getting them back on isn't too bad. The car is an 04.

So the wheel bearings on the front of my prius are going out. I went to a shop and they quoted me $967 to replace them. I'm broke so I can't afford that. I went and ordered the parts for $267 and bought a repair manual because my friend at advanced auto said that it was just a matter of removing bolts and bolting the new one in. It appears to be an enclosed system so I don't need to press them out of the hub. He pulled up the diagram and it looked easy. Now I'm looking at the steps in the book and the section for the wheel bearings says its hard to do take it to a shop. Has anyone changed the wheel bearings on an 04 prius? Any advice?

I saw an episode. I think they are a bunch of idiots. Not for going and chasing gold but for being clueless about the outdoors and going. They are leaving food out and getting pissed because bears are coming into their camp. Then they built "bear proof" cabins that are made outta wood and have a tarp for a roof. Bears can climb but I doubt they thought of that. The lock for the door is a 2x4 that is bolted to the wall and swings across the door like an old castle lock. I'm not positive but I think that bears are strong enough to break a pine 2x4. Other than that kinda interesting.

True there have been many times that my girl friend claims I was flirting with a girl when I see it as being nice. I have toned my flirting down a lot. It helps to have a girlfriend that understands that no matter what I say I'm still going with her and only her. Hell we met because of my carefree approach of hitting on girls and flirting. It worked out pretty good for us.

I've always said when it comes to women life is like a batting cage. You can't strike out so swing at everything. You never know you still might knock a home run out. Basically hit on every girl you can there is no harm in flirting. Just don't be creepy about it and remember no means no. Even if they are not interested it will boost their self esteem and you've done a good deed. After being turned down a bunch it won't worry you any more and you can become the guy your friends see as the stud who has no fear of hitting on any chick any time any where. I couldn't tell you the number of dates I got by walking up to random girls and starting a conversation. Or the free desserts I'd get by hitting on a waitress. After a while it just comes natural. My friends never understood it but they never tried to do it.

Or save having to do all this work building a contraption that your going to use twice a year and build a garage. Maybe even a small shed.

I don't suggest taking it into the basement. I hope your not putting China fairings on your bike. I have some they suck.

I have a set of "china fairings" on my cbr. Which had a very similar item description to these. The fit is close but a dremel tool and a lot of patience is required. It is a pain to install 1/32 of an inch being off here and there throws the fairing off by 1/16 somewhere else. The fit ends up being tight. I feel as if it is rigged up. Removing the fairings for maintenance is a pain also. At first glance it looks great but after 1season of riding with them on the bike the front fairings are starting to chip. The paint is very soft. Also does your gas tank have a plastic cover? If not you will need to get that painted to match. My suggestion is have the stock fairings painted professionally. May cost more but worth it in my opinion.

My bad yeah the kick is easy its just not starting when kicked. It turns fine.

Ok I bought a pair of bts dirt bikes for my nephew for Christmas. One is a ktm 50 the other is a yamaha pw80. Neither started but both turned when kicked. I bought both for $200. I hope to have them running for Christmas. I haven't messed with the 50 yet. The 80 has a container under the seat for the 2-stroke oil. It also has a hole on the case for 10w-30 oil. From what I've read online its for the auto clutch. It is very hard to kick start almost impossible. I can push start it and it will run for a bit. If you ride it it will run fine then it seems to bog down. If I put it in nuetral and let off the gas it stalls. I pulled the plug out and it has a weak spark and the plug is dark but not black. When it runs it smokes a lot. The smoke is white. Anything I should do to get it running well? I'm going to change the plug tomorrow. Oh yeah the gas is fresh it was empty when I got it.

I would like to buy a starter bike for my nephew for Christmas. He is 6 will be 7 in march. I haven't hit up Craigslist yet mainly because I don't like Craigslist. I would like to get him a 50 or 80cc bike with an auto clutch. I'm looking for a used one because he is going to crash anyways. Also kids out grow em so people should have them to sell. I want to stay under 500bucks probably closer to 300. If it needs minor work that's fine but I don't want to have to rebuild the engine or anything crazy.

Let me know how that works for you. I have a crack in my stock headlight fairing. I have aftermarket fairings on it now but I'm not super happy with them and would like to switch back to stock.

I flew to NYC on Sept 9 this year with a group of friends from work. Myself and another friend got picked to go through the scanner. As I'm striking poses standing in the scanner my friend says. "Wow they just randomly picked the two crazy motherfuckers out of the group. They are good." We both got pat searched in addition to getting scanned. Guess they liked what they saw.

I like the sparx helmet I got at ip for cheap. Looks good fits great after a couple hours of break in wearing.
