  1. O don't know a lot about buells but I know that the tank should be sealed better than that. Also a buddy of mine had a similar issue with his nighttrain after it got wet and it turned out the water got into a connector on the wire harness. He found that out after some reasearch and discovered it was a common problem. The fix was simple to pop the connector open, blow it out with compressed air and cover the connector with that connector grease.

  2. My Father-in law is a snake expert and used to catch them for the Columbus zoo and for research, he says there are no cottonmouths in Ohio! They get misidentified all the time for water snakes......they cannot survive a Winter here! Urban myth and total horseshit!!!! He is also a Forestry major and his friends with numerous ODNR officers.

And I bet he will tell you there are no bear wolves or bobcats in Ohio also.

  3. Not necessarily. If he actually wanted to commit suicide, but wanted to make it look like an accident he may have only violated 1 of the rules.

If it was intentional and he didn't take anything else out with the round it sounds like I didn't break any rules.

  4. Now, this rule seems difficult, a gun is always pointed at something, sometimes your foot or your thigh, or random people behind you depending on holster...

What holster company sells holsters that point at your feet or thigh or backwards?

  5. Nice. You're doomed. Next thing you know you'll spend hours working to pay for and then assemblre a $1500 gokart for him that will be a surprise fro next weekend, only to have him give you a crappy attitude this morning because HE forgot his lunchbox when you get to day camp and even though YOU then drove to a supermarket and buy everything he's missing and take it to camp for him he WON'T say thanks or even acknowledge you are there when you say "Good bye have a nice day".

    Little sh!t.

    Can't wait.

  6. I enjoy the gap for what it is. While its not my style of riding, It was still fun. I rode it twice on thursday. Once about 330, a second time about 630 ish. The second time the place was empty. It was amazing. The road was in great shape, and I loved it.

The first time I rode on the Tail of the Dragon was at night. We did the Cherahala (sp) Dragon loop as soon as we got settled in. We decided to hit the dragon on the way back to get used to the area first. We had plenty of time to do it in the day time when we left but we didn't account for the great views and picture stops we ended up taking. So when we hit the bottom of the dragon the sun had started to set. That's one interesting road to ride when its too dark to look through the corners and all your head lights are seeing is trees and rock faces.

My two favorite roads there are moonshiner 28 and Wahya road.

  7. ^this!

Worst road in the area traffic wise, cop wise and road condition wise. Never rode it this time except in the truck in and out. Did 500 miles on a bunch of great roads. I can't believe some guys go down there and only run thr Dragon back and forth all day.

That's why when I went it was during the week 0 cops and very little traffic.
