  1. no. Croz's bike was originally the darker gray, smoke color. It was never blue. Plus I don't think it had any of that junk on it
  2. So, my project has begun. I took my fairings off (holy shit those things were dirty!) so I can prep them to get repainted and what not. But I'm also wanting to remove some carbon fiber pieces. Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove these? There is heat adhesive on the inside holding it in place.
  3. yeah. It just hit me after thinking about my whole situation and not just one piece of it and It'd be stupid for me to sell so I can make payments when I already have the bike I want and it's paid off.
  4. I updated the original post. I'm going to sound like a bitch, but the bike is no longer for sale. I've put a lot more thought into it and financially, I shouldn't sell it to buy another one. So, I'm going to clean and fix her up and get ready for the up coming season!
  5. Running out of gas, didn't make me mad. I just laughed and thought to myself "this is going to be interesting, pushing my bike around on the streets in the middle of fucking traffic"
  6. somehow with so much rain, it seeped through the seal. my lesson has been learned. I get a cover / it's always in the garage from now on when not in use haha

    out of gas

Never ran out of gas before, let alone, a motorcycle. 400lbs, 500lbs, holy fuck that shit is heavy to push/walk for a mile, first half flat, second half uphill. I got my workout in today
  8. She is now starting! the reason for it not starting was due to rain (water) getting in the gas
  9. Yeah Simply, But I'll have one here soon. Then I'll have to ride it over to give you the spare key to the ninja haha
  10. ***NO Longer for SALE*** Alright guys, So I haven't had this bike very long and I'm starting to look for an newer Daytona 675. There's some cosmetic damage and the rims were painted to match, as well as the pegs. Currently, it's not starting. I've charged the battery and that hasn't worked. I don't have the money to get it checked out. I don't think it's a big issue because it started right when the Temperature dropped to freezing. here's my Craigslist ad : http://columbus.craigslist.org/mcy/2744416767.html ***NO longer for SALE***
  11. Nice bike. I learned to ride on a 05 Kawi 636. Not going to lie, yeah it scared me, but it was the concept of a motorcycle and learning about it. I took my time and learned everything. The more you ride, the more you are going to learn. Hands on experience always recommended. As for gear, Buy brand new. Don't buy used (my personal opinion, you never now what actually happened or if anything did to the gear). Invest in a good helmet, jacket and gloves. Then look into boots/shoes then pants.
  12. lol no worries, I appreciate it though! Much easier to get to the battery compared to the 636
  13. holy fuck. that's so much easier. haha
  14. on my 636 I had to remove some plastic to take my seat off and getting to the battery was ridiculous
  15. Yeah haha, I'll admit it's pretty bad at the moment. I just haven't had time to figure it out myself like i did with my previous bike
  16. dumb question.....how do you remove the seat? do I need to remove an fairings? lol
  17. Anyone with a Triumph 675 know how to remove the battery? Mine is a 07, which I'm assuming they will pretty much be all the same, except for battery size from my understanding. I don't have an owners manual and with winter rolling around the corner, I don't have much time to sit outside and figure it out on my own. I've looked online(triumph675.net (don't seem to be as helpful like OR fam) and elsewhere) and no one really specifies how to do it. Where as, with my 05 636 I had, it was a piece of cake to find shit lol Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated!
  18. Anyone know were I can buy a heat shield or adhesive to go on my under tail for my 07 Daytona 675? There was some adhesive stuff there and then it fell off the other day. I had it on my previous bike too, but bought it with it on. Thanks!
  19. I just bought my 07 Daytona 675 today. I found it on Craigslist and the owner is deployed but his wife had power of attorney so she could sign it over. I spoke to the owner multiple times. So I sort of got lucky with it being legit. But the fact that the title will be mailed to you? no way, that threw up a red flag in my head as soon as I read that. We all find good deals all the time. So you'll always find another one. You just have to keep looking. I personally wouldn't go for it.
