  1. What a coincidence, my guy is sold out at the moment too. Must be those holiday shipping delays.
  2. Tried to watch but the weather makes the feed worthless.

    AR-15 or?

    Have you tried Woodbury?
  4. +rep if you post it on arfcom for [Dr Evil]two hundred million-billion dollars[/Dr Evil]. They are protecting the price gougers. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_7_21/1075314_Colt_6920_in_Great_Condition__3000_00_in_W__WA_FTF_only.html
  5. You mean like the ones PSA frequently sells for 8.99? Sure... buy them all. I flagged the DB trying to sell PSA stripped lowers for $275. Of course if you think that's a fair price I've got some for you.
  6. This buying frenzy seems much more successful than the last economic stimulus.
  7. I bet it's this. If you just poured it in and started it you may have got a slug of not gas in the fuel line that has already passed.
  8. You cannot compare a MotoGP prototype with a production based bike. Even if this Poongal were similar in chassis to a GP12, the tires are completely different.
  9. So sick of these threads already. I guess it is the off-season anyway. After reading this stuff all day I found myself wondering if Vance had any 6920s left, then I realized I got caught up in the fear and didn't even bother to call.
  10. I don't know what Sea Foam is but it isn't gas. My guess is it was choking on that. Especially if you put it in a not-full tank and then rode it to fill up.

    I Want Snow

I would be happy to never see snow again.
  12. Where did you get that from?
  13. What mass-produced vehicle are you finding "craftsmanship" in these days?
  14. Edited post above. The whole thing was remodeled a few years back, maybe that's when it became Ramada.
  15. You could check out Froggy's Bar and Grille at the Ramada Cleveland Airport West on Brookpark in Fairview Park. Lots of IX exhibitors and airline folks stay there. Just a geographic suggestion.
  16. Whatever. I've been a jap car fanboy most of my life. Since they don't make anything fun anymore I bought a Mustang sight unseen based on performance per dollar alone with low expectations for quality. I've been very impressed so far and have no regrets. If I ever replace my Tundra it will probably be with a Ford. Just sayin'.
  17. Wow. Guns are purely entertainment for me. I tell people that I like to break stuff, and a gun is like a remote-control hammer that allows me to break stuff from far away. I don't even like killing animals - I prefer to get my meat from the grocery store where no animals are harmed. I never plan to use a gun in defense. I have nothing to protect but myself. I'd rather be carried by six than judged by twelve. Folks saying they need their guns for defense from a tyrannical government scare me a little bit, but we're on the same side. The second amendment is a joke when you have people fighting for their "right" to jump through a bunch of hoops and pay fees to carry a gun within a bunch of dotted lines. NFA rules piss me off. I smile a little bit every time some nutjob goes on a shooting spree with a 16" unsuppressed semi (you can call me an asshole for that, I am). Would a suppressed auto SBR have been that much more effective? The crime should be in what you used it for, not having it. Of course I could pay $16,000 for the right to mow down trees in my backyard at 0.30/rd. If I planned to commit multiple felonies anyway I could do some machine work much cheaper. In the face of potential legislation however, my only interest in the most recent shootings was what was used. Like many I had my fingers crossed saying "pleasenotanarpleasenotanarpleasenotanarpleasenotanar." Now if they come out with another AWB along the lines of what Cheech was saying, I will smile a little bit when the next nutjob goes on a shooting spree with a fixed-stock, non-threaded barrel, non-pistol grip, non-bayonet lug Kalifornia-style rifle. It won't be any quantifiably less deadly. In high school I was threatened with a suspension for having a box cutter. The dean of discipline said "you could slash somebody with this" and I said "I could stab somebody with a pencil." If a cop ever pulls me over for "unneccesary acceleration" I am going to tell him that acceleration was completely necessary even if for no reason other than it made me happy. I'm not hurting anybody. This turned into a rambling incoherent response. My point was no I don't need guns, I want guns. What ever happened to the RIGHT of "pursuit of happiness?" As long as my pursuit of happiness doesn't infringe on someone else's pursuit of happiness, leave me the fuck alone.
  18. 09 w/1300mi? I'd give him $5k right now and I'm not even in the market. I do not think $7500 is out of line for the latest generation GSXR1000 with low mileage and cosmetic damage when it retailed at $13k.
  19. Looking at the pics I wouldn't be concerned about it. Looks like all it did was slide.
  20. That's what I was looking for. Maybe add this one to the safe Adam. http://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/rod/docs/pdf/6/2009/2009-ohio-392.pdf P.S. The court says "clip"
  21. I think that's pretty typical. When I went skydiving the pilot would bring that thing down from 14k+ in a similarily impressive fashion and beat everybody to the ground. Some of the instructors would pull really low to get back just in time to catch the next lift.
