  3. I am learning German thru Live Mocha. So far it seems to be a decent website, and they hvae LOTS of languages. Its sort of a two way street learning system. I like it http://www.livemocha.com and its free.
  4. unfortunately when it gets that wet, you can barely drive faster then you can walk.. its also become so rutty that it tears up the cars something fierce.
  5. Tomorrow is going to be a giant slopppy mess of slow. I will not be attending.
  6. we run hawk pads on 3 of 4 of our subies and previous to that on our track car 2.5rs with no problems However.. Nathan has always done a pretty good job of embedding them.. Sounds to me like your rears may not have gotten enough of it when u did it. They are awesome breaks. We are currently loking for a good deal for our lgt to replace them with hp+ I have hps's on my car which are quieter and create less dust

  9. We had a great teacher and a good time at petsmart.. so i dont agree.. Do you have a story to share with us for that insight? Our dogs walked away with much more comprehensive training than i had ever given them. We took them to beginner classes and Nathan and I were both taught MUCH better methods on training than i was brought up on.. (The dogs were 8 and 10 when we took them)
  10. Way to read.. He bought from a breeder with Hip Guarantees. Most respectable breeders offer this service.
  11. My dad taught my sister and how to do the maintence work on our cars, so we wouldnt have to rely on a man to take care of us, or let a mechanic try and outsmart us when repairs were needed. One of my fondest memories are my sister and I sitting on top of our Buick Park Ave, changing the starter on it.
  12. OMG we LOVE This SHOW!!! Draco, fantastic idea on the sushi.. and i think we may join you in this venture!
  13. Wow dude, you better have some serious "reconnecting" with your dog today. I mean, i realize it was an accident, but the dog doesnt know that. I'd hate for somethign like that to turn into a dog with some sort of trauma related mood change towards you or someone else.. maybe even not waking you up at night, for fear of getting hit, and just pissing on the carpet instead..
  14. I would SERIOUSLY reconsider editing that information and sending it in a PM. Public info or not, posting stuff like that up, could get have bad effects
  15. Indeed.. Your numbers, Air Guage, sunblock, Rain suit, tools, Masking tape, painters tape... (just off the top of my head)
  16. You always learn that lesson at your first Autocross, no matter HOW mild the day is. Go get some Aloe from the store thorne, it will do wonders and you will be able to sleep. (the stuff with the burn stuff (lidocaine) in it is even better) This stuff is the shit.. http://img.walgreens.com/dbimagecache/427706.jpg http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100785&navAction=jump&navCount=0&nug=VPD&skuid=sku4157790&id=prod4158920
  17. I have had free consults before.. sorry.
  18. I was thinking the same thing! Despite what the police are saying, i would still consult a lawyer. Cover your ass, sersiously. Advice from lawyer is usually free. Call a Real Estate Lawyer (i believe someones wife on here is one) and consult with them about it.
  19. Amazon is a good place to look as well, but they may just be redirecting the sale to B&H
  20. that place is a shit hole, just waiting for trouble. Woo Doggies would possibly be a decent place.
  21. OVR-SCCA helped us put together an all subaru AutoX two years ago. It was a blast, and we used Cooper Stadium. OVR was very helpful, and so was our sponsorship at the time who helped pay for fees. For those asking fora rallyX, why not just go out to the OVR-SCCA RallyX? Its still a small group of people withe PLENTY of seat time. They could really use the support to keep it going, and its a blast. Most events are being held at Nati Trails..
  22. sign up for Do not call list?? FTW.
  23. Orion posted a first date on cos, i think it was may.
