  1. story I read said they will rebuild.
  2. Really bad food day yesterday, I had to work on a Sunday and work always supplies breakfast and lunch for us on Sundays to smooth over the fact that we are there. So it was donuts and pizza and I partook of both ..excessively. And to add insult to injury with all that crap in my gut last night I felt too bloated and tired to do any kind of workout. . Oh well, today is reset and back on track day.
  3. Right now there is 3 of us doing the Ozark weekend before this trip (myself, @JustinNck1, @Namdum68) so it would be nice to have a even number to split rooms for every one but not a requirement. I'll be plotting the route and stops over the holidays when I have the time to sit a plan it. Be some heavy mileage days so if you can't handle that no need apply. Also like to get some cabin mates lined up and get one booked for Fontana over the Holidays as well.
  4. Just found yet another reason I hate my employer, I clicked the link at work and got this.
  5. One I did was a light scuff, the ones on the other side that the previous owner did are a little worse. As much as the rim sticks out past the tire I'm on the fence of even worrying about it. Basically because I know it's going to happen again.
  6. I remember you telling me this story, didn't you say there was a place that can repair them instead of replace?
  7. All I know is what I'm doing is working and I'm not loosing any strength. You also have to figure I'm very active at my job. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, restacking heavy loads, climbing around and wrenching on heavy machines. So it not like I'm getting zero compared to your average person. Once I hit my goal weight I'll increase my caloric intake in mostly protein to compensate for the added strength training ill begin at that time. And I have been doing a HIIT(type)work out on my tread mill for the last 2 week. My heart rate is up and down so much on this program it's insane.
  8. I'm still not doing any strength training, I am 100% committed to weight loss right now. I do throw some weights around just to keep what I have and burn some extra fat with medium weight and many reps. Once I hit my goal weight I'll look into beefing up a bit.
  9. I curbed the wheel on my wife's new car last weekend, I need to find a tire shop to blame before she sees it
  10. I could do that, my driveway is 320 ft long and another 70ft of side walk. Or I can just use the snow blower then come inside where it is warm and use the treadmill or elliptical for the time I would have taken me to clear the drive by hand. I hate winter that much
  11. My "goal" is to lose. So as long as I don't gain those 2 weekends ill call it a wash.
  12. Took a couple extra days but I made it into the 30's. 238.7 lbs when I did a weigh in this morning, 9 lbs. to my next goal by Jan 7th.
  13. Yup lookin good Joe, in a non homo way
  14. Me and the Mrs. about 12ish months apart. 155 bls gone between the two of us and not done yet.
  15. That's why you don't take the freeway.
  16. Ordered a new elliptical for the home gym. Went with the Proform Endurance 720E. Looked at a crap load of used ones on CL and people either want almost new price for them or they are cheap abused pieces of crap. So spent a little more and went the new route. Got it for about half price, free shipping and 6 months no interest. Mainly ordered it for the wife since she HATES the treadmill but it will be nice to have something else for me to try.
  17. I know loosing 4.5lbs in one week is a tall order but I missed it by .9 lb. Kinda disappointed in myself. maybe I should have skipped the carb plater at the waffle house Saturday night.
  18. Well we were getting this place cleaned up, looks like we have more work to do. ......
  19. Same here I'll go 7k on the bike (per kawi recommend intervals) and when the car and truck get to about 10%on the ol dash meter usually around 10k. I own cars with 225k, 197k, and 155k miles on them. And the bike has nearly 50k
  20. Your just hard on yourself. I have a 2005 and love it and I can haul all the fat bitches to the Dairy Queen on a rainy day. They flock to me.
  21. I sometimes talk in my sleep, I think it's dream related. And my wife said I have mentioned Carbs before in my sleep.
  22. I wondered the same, I change mine at manufactured recommended intervals, if that's in June and Sept. that's when it gets changed. I changed mine before the Oct gap trip and it probably wont get changed again till after the June gap trip. No need to over think this people. Wash it, put it on the center stand or wheel stand if you have one and plug it in to the tender. That's it, no need for fuel stabilizer or special oil changes or parking it wood instead on concrete. In the spring check the tire pressure, fluids, give it a good look over and get everything up top temp at least once and ride.
  23. NICE!, All the sexy people drive these.
  24. Pretty sad when im so dedicated that I have major guilt from a half a PB samich I ate the night before
  25. Don't remember if I posted this(probably did) but my new goal is 229.9 by Jan 7th. I want to be in the 20s by vacation time.
