  1. I pulled 2 bikes and a trailer around 2000lbs (ish) with a impala with no problems and still got 20 mpgs(30mps without towing). I could have towed more could not even tell it was there
  2. i have a pair of these i picked up in the bagain cave in dundee about 7 years ago and i have beat the shit out of them and the are still in great shape. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabelas-Rimrock-GORE-TEX174-Hiker-150-Nubuck-Leather/749046.uts?WTz_l=DirectLoad%3Bcat104383080 Only negative i would give them is they are not insulated so i have to wear wool socks in the winter, but they are nice a cool in the summer.
  3. Only took me a few hours and that was while watching "act of valor" and eating pulled pork..lol
  4. Don't forget about 25 round mags..lol
  5. my next built will be a heavy barrel with a laminated stock, something like this.. but its prob twice the bank roll i have into the one above.
  6. I forgot to add everything except the rifle and mags i bought on amazon, and everything arrived within 5 days except the flash supressor. The mags, i bought from Climags.com but they sold out the next day.
  7. Ok here she is in all her Plinkster glory. Started off as a bone stock 10/22 stainless carbine my wife bought from wally world, and when she gave it me it had $200 attached to build it to how ever i wanted, so here is what i bought. ATI Ruger 10/22 Strikeforce Six Pos Side Folding Stock CenterPoint Adventure Class 2-7x32mm riflescope with dual illuminated Scope UTG Bipod, SWAT/Combat Profile, Adjustable Height UTG Deluxe Ergonomic Foregrip, Black Advanced Technology International ATI Nylon Sling NcStar Ruger 10/22 Short Muzzle Brake/Black 2 Ruger BX-25 Magazines Kinda went back and forth on the stock but decided i liked the look of the ATI better. The scope was recomended by a friend at work that has one on his .223 and he said he likes it more than a $300 scope he has on his m&p so i went with it and the dual illumination crosses are pretty cool. I didnt want a bipod with the springs on it and this one was the least expensive of the options but its still very nice. Forgrip again was least expensive option but still works well. Sling was just because i had the ATI stock. And i was torn between the black and silver flash sup/brake i went with the black but may still order the silver(i havent gotten it yet, why its not on) Total build price with gun & mags $510 with everything. Heres a before pic.... here is after....
  8. last min holiday weekend + somewhat inexpensive =

    Watches

Citizen Eco Drive...Model:Calibre 8700, they come in a few different colors. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this watch!!!!! Its not huge like some but has a good weight to it. And you cant beat the quality, ive had mine for 5 years now and i beat the shit out of it and it still looks great. They look good for casual, sport or work attire. Retail is around $450 but i think i got mine for around $240. If you get any citizen watch, DO NOT try to size it your self take it to a jewler they will charge you around $10 ish couple links: http://www.timepiece.com/citizen-bl8000-54l.html http://www.jomashop.com/citizen-watch-bl8090-51e.html http://www.jomashop.com/citizen-bl8000-54a.html http://www.buy.com/prod/citizen-bl8090-51e-men-s-eco-drive-perpetual-calendar-alarm-watch/224322127.html?listingId=201115203

  11. Got me a 10/22 and $200 to customize it as stated in another thread, a crftsman lithium cordless drill, kolbalt double drive set, and $150 gift card for harbor freight(to go towards getting my trailer ready)
  12. Going to go simple and cheap at first getting the ATI srikeforce. Can't see dumping too much in a $200 starting platform.
  13. i seen them on the interwebs but noone would ship one to me in buckeye country:nono: , they were only the 50 rounders
  14. yea it is a nice plinker......Oh you talking about the ball and chain:p......yea shes been a keeper for 16 years now.
  15. I had a 10//22 before but i traded it to jporter for a saxophone for my oldest to be in the band. This time i wanted the stainless barrel and she found it a wallyworld of all places. Going full tacti-cool on this one, ill post more pics when i get it done
  16. Its not a AR or a AK but its semi auto and can load more than 10 rounds in it. Im still going to have fun with it, ATI conversion kit, bipod, flash supressor, sling, scope and rings on the way by the end of the week. She told me about it last week and i ordered the 25 rd mags for it before they were gone. When she handed it over it had two $100 bills wrapped with it with strict instructions to customize how ever i want. Yup shes a good woman
