A while back I had posted about how I could hardly find Red Wings made in the uSA down at the Boot Outlet in Rockbridge. Well, I'm happy to say that 80% of the ones I saw today were made in the US. He said that they are coming out of Montana now. Not real sure what has changed, but last year 80% of them were made elsewhere (outside of the US). The last time I bought mine (made in the US) there, they were $159. Today I got the same boot (Pecos model 1170) for $119 on special. Just letting the Red Wing boot lovers know.

You may be surprised at the amount of aftermarket items for metrics these days. There isn't much that you can do to a Harley that you can't do to any other bike anymore.

Ok, I agree, definitely get what you want, especially if you've always wanted one and have the money. I am not a hater at all, I just really like my bike. I really like the newer Buicks. For detailing and such, I use http://croftgateusa.com/ I've been using it on our vehicles for about 2 years, and love it! It works really well on dark colors too. No tiny swirl marks anywhere.

Why HD? There are better handling, running, and more dependable bikes on the market that are fine looking cruisers. Have you already swallowed the koolaid that's in your mouth? Upgrading to what? Is any HD an upgrade? Sorry guys, no offense to anyone that has owned or does own one, but I drank the koolaid a long time ago and learned my lesson. You should honestly look around at what you can get for the money that you would spend on an HD. Then again, there are a couple of models that I would like to have. I just think that you should shop cruisers if you are wanting to move in that direction, don't limit yourself to a certain brand.

Who has it? To be honest, I may end up purchasing off Amazon or something, but I want to put my eyes on all different types. Looking around the southeast/central Ohio area. I'll need to fit it on 7/8" - 1 1/2" bars mainly for my RZR and Raider, but also want some longer extensions for different options. Any helpful input would be greatly appreciated.

China replacement parts are not easily found, and the Honda motor is next to bulletproof. My son has a couple of 110 pitbikes for sale if you're interested. Not sure on the particulars, but I could find out if you're interested.

If you still have all the stock parts, I'd put them back on and sell them seperately. That's what I did when I got rid of my last bike. I think I got around $400 for the extras, and sold the bike for what I wanted out of it.
