  1. LOL, thank you! I'll get my sticker on sometime this week
  2. Does the wife ride? (know how, I mean, not two up, or your cock, or mine, or any other smart response!) If she knows how, I have an extra bike if she needs to borrow one
  3. I changed my oil on the YZF this past weekend... First time I've done that bike. Feels good to know it's done
  4. Just did this. You have to get an "out of state inspection," which is usually a joke. Then it's business as usual for Step 1) paying the taxes/getting a new title Step 2) Registration/plates in your name. The OOS inspection consists of a VIN check, lights/turns, etc, depending on how lazy the BMV person is.
  5. Worst part about the bible & people who swear by it is that they conveniently forget that is was translated several times, and each time it got translated, it was CHANGED by the people who did the work to suit the feelings & opinions of the day.
  6. I drive a 2013 Kia Soul and I like it. The bluetooth was what sold me on it. It's a + model, so the middle of the three trim levels. I'd recommend it, if you're looking for a small car that doesn't look/feel like a small car. The newer ones look a little fancier & updated on the outside. I've got 40K on mine (that's heavy driving for a 2013 model year that I bought in 2012) and 0 problems so far. With a nav screen, it'd be even nicer! I have no experience with an Optima, but my car was around 19K new, so there'd be no need for a CPOV if you went new. As for Subaru, I have no experience with a legacy, but my dad has had Forresters. The first one saved his life in an accident. The second one just passed 200,000 miles with flying colors. (He's the kind of guy who has maintenance done on time, and by the dealership (LOL, he got a deal where if he doesn't miss any scheduled maintenance, they buy his tires for the life of the car!). Good luck with the hunt! Buying a new/used car is fun for some, and stressful for others.
  7. It'd be a pleasant surprise if it turns out to be a bunch of "witnesses" that all hate the po-po lying their butts off... And then three separate autopsies all indicate he was facing the cop, and not really kneeling & shot from behind. All that rioting & looting would've then been due to lying little bitches instead of a cop abusing his power. But I'm still reserving judgment until all the facts are out, of course, just saying that SOME facts have come out (autopsy, not witnesses) that seem to defend the cop.
  8. We need to trade a GSXR 750 for that guy's GF from Craigslist, then snag this boat, too, and then we'd have... well... a boat and a ho?
  9. Thanks QuikAccord! That was really fast shipping. So, I've got my OR decals, and I'm getting ready to stick 'em on the bike. Does anyone have pictures of where they've put theirs, so I can pick the best spot? Windshield, tank, top lip of fairings, etc.... Just wondering how it would look in RL, since I've got lots of options and I'm super-picky about these kinds of things.
  10. Thundercat, Ho! My 'Cat is the touringiest sport-tourer I've ever ridden! (Yes, it's also the ONLY one I've ever ridden) Casper, how tall are you?
  11. this is a good reminder for me to look into frame sliders Kawi, I'm glad you're okay though. That's the most important thing.
  12. I was, too, until I left my key in the bike by accident. Now I use one of these: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mbsk0glu157jqn5/Photo%20Aug%2014%2C%209%2019%2054%20PM.jpg So that if I forget my key, someone is sure to see it, and steal the bike! (It's a "Remove Before Flight" keychain)
  13. Nice write up! This looks like it just might be within my mechanical ability, thanks to your guide
  14. Lol @ 1987 model. Someone should offer him a 1987 bike! Great write up
  15. Hrm, I hadn't heard of it, either. The best part is the gansta thug black guy in the car who's teenie-boppin' his head.
  16. OMG she is so cool! My favorite part of this song, like, is like when she's all like: Today is Friday. Yesterday was Thursday. Tomorrow is Saturday. Sunday comes afterwards.
  17. sweet, added that to my riding mix. She rocks!
  18. May I ask who is firmly committed to going on this ride tomorrow? I don't want you to make the long ride, Doc, if no one shows up.

  21. I thought a "glove" was a gun term for a moment there.
