I can tell you working for a utility. It really makes no rhyme or reason. Any tree that posses a threat at any time or load can be cut. If the tree has the reach to come down and take down any attachement on the pole it can be cut. I am reading that you are stating trunk. The trunk really has nothing to do with it. I submit jobs for this all the time.

OK so I have been thinking of buying this 2002 CBR 929 RR and all of a sudden a Superhawk 996 that is actually worth looking at comes available. Beautiful. Black w/red decals. Dual Yoshi's. Looks brand new.... What can everyone tell me about them? I would not even consider it but I was told it is about as close to a RC51 you can get and is still comfortable to ride. Are they just saying that because it is a V-twin? Bike looks awesome from the pictures the guy sent me.

I am selling my XR650L dual sport. Just have no idea where to price it at. I know I am a little high with the idea of coming down... However, I need guidance on this one. there was one listed on Craigslist not too long ago. Had more miles than mine but was newer? price started at 3400 when he got down to 2800 the listing ended. It looks great. Needs new tires soon, has a few extras with it that do not amount to anything extra oil filters, polution block off kit and a new set of brakes front and back (ordered 2 sets when I did them for some reason just decided to keep them)... I told him, fine then stop calling or I am going to sue you and your company for wasting my time and calling me repeatidly. He stated you could not do that, I informed him he was wrong, I work for the phone company I can pull the records and see how many times you have called my number and get you for harrassement. Your company will pay to stay out of court. He has not called back

Yes you did. Where I live at I see 3-4 vehicles a day... Dude when I say sticks... I mean the sticks... Only thing out here is dope growers and bird hunters... (to put your mind at ease honey pie) The land across the street is vacant and for sale by buehner land company (bunch of dicks). My house sits up on a hill and my garage is elevated even higher than my house. House is 37.75 feet of elevation of the center line of the road, my targets are roughly 180 feet on the one and 253 feet of elevation off of the center of the road (dont ask me how I know, you can talk to the fiances brother that is a surveyer, he figured it up one night). So yes, from time to time I shoot across the street... and so does my uncle when he comes down (he would be the sherrif).
