The only way to prevent it is.... top teir fuel (shell, BP, marathon) low voc oil such as pennzoil platinum chevron Techron every 5k which. Is the only fuel additive approved for ecoboost and a catch can on pcv and breather.

Back up what you need and do a fresh Windows install, not the hp Windows it came with, that or download ccleaner and start deleting anything and everything you don't use. Clean up cookies,malware spyware etc with the same program. Defrag then turn off any programs that run on start up that aren't imperative to turning it on.

It was a tab from the top rack adjusters that had broke off before we moved in an the tab was lodged in the drain line. we replaced the adjuster but never found the tab. On the plus side scrubbed out the inside and it's been running a cycle with no errors for 25 minutes.
