    Bike

Right click.......save as "sweet ass RC"
  3. We used to have a little 25 acre property at the MiamiShelby line for about 15 years while I was growing up. It's where I learned to shoot, hunt, ride, etc - Had a nice valley in it where Trotters creek ran through, so my folks built a backstop in the opposite hillside - was a double layer of 6 railroad ties tall, and I remember Dad's trapdoor breach 45/70 rifles used to blow through the backstop and still trench the hillside behind it.....some mean guns we had back then, ahh the good old days
  4. No need to look them up, he was joking.....YSR 50's are mini rockets non-highway toys
  5. 2" is all my wife would need on the Ninja ( and probably elsewhere on me too ) but you're right - it's quite a difference, especially when it's necessary
  6. I'd heard these were sweet little rides too, wish I'd jumped on buying Josh's before he upgraded......may still look into these, just a good deal on a newer lil ninja is right here now. We'll see, its her decision ultimately so what she wants is what she gets - within reason, that is:D
  7. Nope, my ex too haha.........and I was the one that put on 80 pounds in the last 8 years!! Damn you chocolate!! Damn you to HELL!!!
  8. Ah shit......my memory sucks!! Wonder why? vvv
  9. Not "too cool" for scooters, but getting HER to want one is a whole 'nuther ballgame I won't try and fight that battle!! Originally, I wanted to buy her a little TTR125 from a friend to teach her the basics in the dirt like I'd learned as a kid -- but she's not a fan of dirtbikes or trailriding ( damnit ) so that wasn't happening. She's good to go once we get rolling, and no problems with missed shifts or over rev'ing the bike -- she's doing better now than the beginning of the year -- I'd looked at CBR250's too but they're a thou$and more than we can get the Ninja 250 for and more than what we've budgeted
  10. My little snot would rather have both feet plant firmly at a stop, so we'll take the bike down a couple inches for a while - then once she's more comfortable with balance and clutch/throttle control, we have the option of raising it back up -- she had on Sketcher Shape-ups ( big puffy soles ) when sitting on the bike so the only other option for thicker soled footwear would have to be a pair of Gene Simmons metal-head platform boots! If she'd just gain 80 pounds the bike would drop when she sits on it!!
  11. Nice install and way better tone......makes me want to improve mine - but, no matter what posts of yours I read......from now on, they're all read with an accent
  12. Really? Never heard of this -- logic tells me otherwise, so seems I'm learning some inventive stuff here!
  13. These guys may be of help... http://www.triumphrat.net/
  14. Are you keeping it or plan to sell? If its gonna live with you, go big and build what you want - if its gonna sell soon, save your time and cash by keeping it a 750? Either way, kudo's to you for building a bike -- Its guys like you that keep the old cruisers cruisin'!!
  15. Seems like (1) your rotor is out of round or (2) some of the isolators are crushed a bit -- either way I wouldnt ride it, replace both rotors and slap a set of new pads in
  16. http://www.ohioriders.net/member.php?u=3262 Here he is...
  17. Yeah, he's around - chattin with him on here over the last week or two
  18. Definitely looks like a fun little lead thrower......I'd love to get my hands on an M4 someday, but probably end up with a cheap .22 tactical copy to pacify the voices in my head plus .22 ammo's dirt cheap
  19. Just pull up the member list here and search him out, then shoot him a PM - he lives in Piqua same as I, but I haven't got to meet him yet - he seems to be a cool, straightup fella......check out the pix in his profile album too, you'll see some of what he can do
  20. Reimbrandt here does great work but his shop is over an hour north of Cincy if you dont mind the trip up here - he's definitely got badass airbrush skills too if you're wanting something more than new base coat
  21. I'm a Kaw fan and I dont want my Ninja trying to make lil mixed breed pups in the garage when I'm not around......so we'll stick with the same breed Thankyou He probably didnt say anything since my big' date=' mean, ogre ass was standing there and he looked as if he hadnt eaten since last fall.......poor guy.......or maybe starvation is a sales tactic for gettin' sympathy buys? Found these same kits when we got home earlier today and she'll definitely need one, my wife's maybe 5ft but short legged, so if your wife's 4'10" and u jacked her bike up, her legs must be longer or something - when my little snot sat on the bike, didnt sag much and the rear spring adjuster is as soft as possible without grinding another 1/2" out of it - pretty sure its gonna be lowering kit bound......I want her comfortable on the bike, so if tiptoes aren't comfy then we'll drop the bike a couple inches. Told her to post up here for more opinions even though we both kind of knew which was the better ride for her to have - thanx for all the input and hope there's more validations coming
  22. I dig the paintjob, and like you said - your rifle, your decision - you do good work man, the pics in your profile are killer!
  23. Who let these little girls on the track? Where's the parental supervision? Hopefully she ate the front tire and not the forks, frame, engine, etc.
