If you are in the market for a great pair of boots that provides top of the line features at a mid-range price, you'll definitely want to check out the Sidi ST and ST Air boots. The Sidi ST is a great option for just about any rider, and their advanced protection/comfort features make them excellent for the track or the street. Like their big brother, the Vortice, the ST uses the Sidi Vertebra external brace system which can be seen running up the sides of each boot. This structural system is made from extremely durable thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) that functions as impact protection for both sides of the ankle, while also limiting the extreme ranges of motion that can cause injury/strain. One would think that this would restrict necessary on-bike movements as well, but this is not the case. The great thing about the Vertebra system is that it only restricts the outer range of motion, and not the short movements needed to click up or down a gear. The external bracing also works in conjunction with a shock absorbing heel cup to help further absorb and redirect impact energy away from your foot and ankle. The Sidi heel cup is unique in that it uses three different densities of plastic and a memory foam lining to provide a 3mm absorbing range. Sidi chose not to use the cable tensioner system from the Vortice on the ST, instead opting for their dual cam-locking mechanism. This is a unique feature to Sidi that is predominantly seen in their motocross boots. The dual cam-locks and the pivoting ankle brace make getting into and out of the ST an extremely quick and easy affair – unlike the Vortice. This also means that the ST can comfortably fit riders with larger than average calf sizes. Opening the back of the ST reveals even more comfort features. The bootie has a calf stretch panel, moisture wicking and anti-microbial material, as well as removable inner arch support for those with flat feet. In the event that you do test out the protection offered by the Sidi ST, it is easy to repair any external damage to the boots. Nearly all external parts – from the heel cup and ankle bracing, to the cam locks and straps – are replaceable. All you need to do is remove a few easily accessible bolts and swap the broken pieces out with the readily available spares. No need to send these out for repair and worry about not getting them back in time for your next track day or ride! The Sidi ST is available in both the standard and perforated ST Air versions, with color options listed below. If you’re interested in a pair of Sidi ST boots, just get in touch with Nathan through this forum or by giving him a call at 866.931.6644 ext 809. Is email more convenient? Feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! Available colors: Sidi ST – Black, White/Black, Black/Red Sidi ST Air – Black, White/Black The Sidi ST Air is shown here in White/Black. The large vents have an on/off switch that allows you to regulate air flow. The durable TPU heel cup not only works as an external crash protector, but it can also absorb impact energy. It uses multiple densities of plastic, plus memory foam to allow 3mm of compression on impact. Two cam locks make getting in and out of these boots extremely easy. Sidi’s Vertebra system protects the ankle without restricting necessary movements. Each toe features a reinforced shift pad and replaceable toe slider.

The Alpinestars Fastlane shoes are not brand new for this year’s fall release, but the waterproof variant is. Designed specifically for urban riding, Alpinestars Fastlane Waterproof shoes feature an anatomically profiled footbed for a natural posture on and off the bike. This, along with a breathable mesh inner liner and an abrasion resistant microfiber outer skin let your feet relax not matter what you’re doing. The textiles that surround the foot also incorporate a waterproof membrane that keeps water out, while simultaneously allowing them to breathe. Designed with inspiration from the Italian company’s work in the four-wheeled category, these riding shoes are extremely comfortable. This isn’t only because of their shape and breathability, but also their lightweight and flexible outer chassis. Just like Alpinestars’ automobile shoes, a metal shank runs the length of the sole to impart rigidity for added safety. Thermoplastic resins are used on the outer toes and around the ankle for extra impact protection. At the top of the shoe, a Velcro strap secures the laces out of the way so they don’t get caught up in your bike’s moving parts. There’s even a set of reflective inserts embedded on the back of each shoe to provide a little added contrast of your silhouette at night. If you are interested the Fastlane WP Shoes, or any other Alpinestars motorcycle gear, just give Nathan a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 809 or send him a PM through this forum and he’ll be happy to get you more information. Is email more convenient for you? Feel feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! The Alpinestars Fastlane WP shoes are available in Black or Black/Hi-Viz Yellow (shown here). The integrated waterproof membrane is breathable so that it keeps water out without trapping moisture in. Built-in toe sliders are made of TPR. Reflectors on the heel add all-important visibility for when you are riding in low light conditions.

Protect your bike’s swingarm from damage in the event of a crash with axle adjuster block swingarm sliders from Driven Racing. These swingarm sliders not only help reduce, if not entirely eliminate – damage from a sliding type crash to your motorcycle’s swingarm, but they also add a trick appearance to your bike and make it easier to obtain proper chain tension when changing wheels. Driven Racing axle block sliders are precision machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum to tighter tolerances than the OEM chain adjuster blocks. It is due to this quality machining that there is less play between the axle and the adjustment blocks when tightening the axle bolt after rear wheel installation. Barring a sprocket change, your axle blocks are less likely to require adjustment to maintain the same chain tension when changing out wheels. Driven Axle Block Sliders are currently available in your choice of Black, Blue and Red. These are not yet available on our website, but you can order a set of your own by calling Nathan at 866.931.6644 ext 809. Is email more convenient? Feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! Driven Axle Block Sliders are shown here in blue. The precision machining gives them a better fit with less play than OEM chain adjuster blocks.

Cheap And Easy Gas Tank For Tuning/balancing Carbs

If more instruction manuals were written like this, I might actually read them. -
The staple color for nearly any line of motorcycle boots is black, and the Alpinestars SMX-6 doesn’t differ there. While other colors may be more eye-catching, it’s hard to find fault with the stealthy look that the black version provides. On top of that, they match any color on your bike or other gear, and they are the least likely to show any dirt or grime that they may pick up on the road. Black is available for both the standard and vented SMX-6 boots.

Backpacks can be an essential part of travelling or commuting on a bike, but most standard packs are not designed for that purpose. Motorcycle riders generally require a different set of features, and that is exactly the group that Ogio No Drag series caters to. The Ogio No Drag Mach 5 backpack gets the “No Drag” name from the molded shell that reduces drag at speed, whether it’s full or not. This is because the shell is rigid and will hold its shape no matter what you’re carrying. The outer shell is finished in a carbon fiber weave look that gives it an aggressively sporty appearance to match the shape. Ogio also added reflective piping and logos to contrast with the matte black exterior for visibility on the road. In addition to the aerodynamic properties and looks of the shell, it is also water resistant to help add a bit of security should you encounter some wet weather. Inside the Ogio Mach 5, you have 1475 cubic inches of space for your gear. This full storage capacity is reached when the zippered expansion running around the back of the shell is opened. Storage space is organized and well thought out, with individual pockets for a spare faceshield, electronics, small items, a hydration bladder, and even your shoes. There is also a padded compartment that will accommodate most laptops up to 15”. The Mach 5 carries your gear very comfortably, thanks to padded back panels and adjustable straps for the shoulders, chest and waist. The pads are made of an airy mesh and are arranged with channels running down the center of your back to allow plenty of ventilation. There’s no doubt that the Ogio No Drag Mach 5 is one of the ultimate riding packs available, and you can get yours from Riders Discount. Retails at $169.95, just give MIKE a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 804 or contact him through this forum if you’re interested. Is email more convenient? Feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! The Ogio No Drag Mach 5 The Mach 5 makes it comfortable to carry your gear with fully adjustable shoulder, chest, and waist straps. Vented padding with air channels keep heat and moisture from building up against your back. An expandable interior features plenty of organizational pockets.

The AGV Corsa has finally landed on US shores, and you can get yours from Riders Discount. One of the first that we received is the Valentino Rossi Winter Test, and it is a limited, numbered edition of just 1500 helmets worldwide. The GP-Tech has been at the top of the AGV line-up for quite some time now and, while it is still a solid helmet, it is due for a successor. That replacement is now available in the form of the AGV Corsa. The brand new Corsa is striking to look at, and that is mainly due to the fact that it is based on the carbon fiber Pista GP. It brings many of the same race-ready features developed with help from Valentino Rossi to the table, but with some added versatility to make it more usable on the street. You can immediately tell that the AGV Corsa is something a little different at a glance. From the huge eyeport at the front, to the sharp diffuser at the back, the entire profile of the helmet screams performance. That’s because the Pista GP that it is based on was meant for pure performance at the highest level. The two helmets share the same shell shape, which means that the Corsa gets the same ultra-efficient aerodynamics and massive eyeport as its much more expensive counterpart. The area that the shells differ is the materials. The Pista GP is made of carbon fiber, whereas the Corsa is made of a Carbon/Kevlar/Fiberglass. Built into the shell are several very large intake vents at the front and two exhaust vents at the back. The shape, size and channeling of the ventilation is the same as that of the Pista GP, however the Corsa’s are adjustable. Inside the Corsa, you’ll find a very plush, comfortable lining that allows you to customize the fit right out of the box. Peel-away foam pads are found in both the cheek pads and liner. These types of pads aren’t new to the market, but the liner also has another trick up its sleeve. The two strips of padding that run over the top of the head connect to the back of the liner with velcro, meaning that you can lengthen, shorten and move them side to side. This allows the Corsa to provide a comfortable and safe fit to a variety of head shapes. The fabrics that line the interior are all extremely breathable and have received a special sanitizing treatment that keeps them fresher for longer. When they do need cleaning, you can pull them out and wash them without having to worry about ruining them. Overall, the AGV Corsa successfully takes most of what makes the Pista GP such an effective track helmet, and makes it more attainable for those that are not top level racers. It also adds versatility, which is not a bad thing at all. If you’re interested in the AGV Corsa Rossi Winter Test Limited Edition, just get in touch with Nathan at 866.931.6644 ext. 809 and he’ll be happy to help. Is email more convenient? Feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! The Limited Edition AGV Corsa Rossi Winter Test has a smooth matte finish. Large, adjustable vents allow air to flow directly through the shell and liner to the head. The Winter Test graphic also features the number 58 as a tribute to Rossi’s friend, Marco Simoncelli. The rear diffuser is designed to break away in the event of a crash.

Held excels at many things when it comes to the production and design of their products, but one thing that stands out is their attention to detail. This stereotypically German approach to design is apparent when you take a closer look at the Phantom II gloves. Here's an up close and personal look at just a couple of features to show you what we mean. Held's stepped seams are a great solution to pressure points on the fingers. They are very strong, yet you can barely feel them. Perforations between the fingers are large and allow more air to flow through to your hand than you might expect.

Dude that would be legit getting picked up from a house on Greek row by that thing. I can see it now, "dude, SWAT just rolled up everyone run!" "naw man that's my ride, fit's 10 ladies, who needs a lift back to my place? Sorry, no bros." Then ladies come running from the bushes in awe of your excess manliness.
