  1. You should wire the "pass" button up to the NOS. I'm sure it would still be SS legal...
  2. They may be a couple years old now, but the Alpinestars Supertech R's are still one of the best boots on the market. Get your pair by giving Nathan a call at 866.931.6644 ext. 809.
  3. Just did. Do they need to be PitBull sprockets or are you open to other brands?
  4. I do not have ASV levers, but I do have CRG if you're interested.
  5. You had me all the way up until that last part... For less than $100, even with forum pricing, I won't have those available.
  6. Bell’s top of the line Star Carbon helmet is back for 2013 with new graphics, like the Airtrix Laguna, and a revised shape. The new shape is based on the RS-1, which was introduced after the Star, and featured an extremely well fitting intermediate oval headform. Other than the shape, the Star Carbon goes relatively unchanged, and retains all the features that made it so popular to begin with. As with the previous Bell Star Carbon helmets, this version uses an outer shell that is made from 100% carbon fiber. Bell spent a great deal of time engineering the shell to be not only lightweight and strong, but very aerodynamic as well. What they came up with was an angular shape with a uniquely contoured spoiler, both of which make this helmet extremely stable and resistant to buffeting. Air is also directed into the variety of strategically placed vents at the front in order to push warm, stale air out through the exhaust vents at the back. All vents are independently adjustable so that you can dial in the ventilation for a variety of conditions. Another feature that goes unchanged is the shield system. The Star Carbon uses their fog and scratch resistant NutraFog II face shield in order to keep your view clear. It’s also treated with a potent anti-UV coating so that you don’t have to worry about your face being burnt red after a day’s ride in the sun. Bell’s 3Mode Shield allows you to quickly lock the visor down, crack it open for added ventilation and swap out faceshields with no tools required. And don’t forget to ask about a Bell Transitions SolFX Photochromatic faceshield. These visors have the same great benefits of the included unit, but also change their tint based upon lighting conditions. They darken quickly (~10 seconds) when the sun is out for squint-free daytime riding. The new Bell Star Carbon comes in three different styles - the most eye catching of which is the Airtrix Laguna. Designed by Airtrix, this graphic features a combination of brash design elements that complement each other and flow together without clashing. If you would like to place an order, or get information on the Star Carbon Airtrix Laguna, or any other Bell helmet, you can get in touch with Nathan through this forum or by calling 866.931.6644 ext. 809. Is email more convenient? Feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! The Bell Star Carbon Airtrix Laguna is shown here with an optional dark smoke shield. Open spaces in the paint reveal the carbon fiber shell beneath.

  8. Did you hijack our truck on the way back from Daytona?
  9. Here's a look at the perforated Alpinestars Jaws jacket in white/black. The same color pattern is available in the non-perforated version as well.
  10. Welcome! Good choice on the bike, we like the 675's too...
  11. One nice thing about working with the team that's racing is that it's up on the big screen for everyone to watch...
  12. Low profile riding shoes are extremely popular for those that want footwear that they can throw on with a pair of jeans without sacrificing too much protection. Speed & Strength has a few entries in this field, and today we’re bringing you their most aggressive pair, the Moment of Truth. The Speed & Strength Moment of Truth shoes have a sneaker-like profile, but there is no mistaking their intended purpose when you start taking a look at the features. The upper is made up of perforated leather, which is interspersed with strips of textile that help the shoe remain flexible enough to comfortably walk in. This outer shell is bolstered by TPU protectors and a large shift pad on the toe. More protection is found inside, where molded reinforcements guard the toe and ankle. Up top, an adjustable strap with an aluminum buckle help keep them securely in place while also adding a nice styling element. The package is rounded out by a non-slip sole that is equally at home gripping the pegs when on the bike, or the pavement when off. Overall, the Speed & Strength Moment of Truth shoes offer a nice balance of comfort and protection, and they do so without breaking the bank. You can order a pair of your own by getting in touch with with MIKE through this forum or by calling 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Is email more convenient? Feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! The Speed & Strength Moment of Truth shoes are available in black and white/black (photos coming soon). Speed & Strength’s “Lock N Load” buckle helps keep the shoes comfortable secure. The toes feature a large shift pad, ... and a toe slider built into the outsole.

  14. Spring is just around the corner, and that means a new riding season is just starting. That also means that new gear is being rolled out by many brands, including Alpinestars. One of their new releases, which is sure to be a hit, is the Jaws leather jacket. This aggressively styled piece combines solid Alpinestars protection with some new features to enhance both comfort and safety. The outer layer of the jacket is made up of 1.3mm full-grain leather with Alpinestars’ tried and true TPU sliders protecting the shoulders. These details aren’t anything new, but the way that the leather sections are cut, arranged and interspersed with a variety stretch panels is. The pattern is very well thought out, with the stretch panels in the chest, arms, back and waist allowing the jacket to flex along with your body’s natural movement. More protection is found inside the jacket, with removable CE-certified armor in the shoulders and elbows. PE padding fills compartments in the chest and back, but they can be upgraded with optional Alpinestars Bionic Armor. Alpinestars is producing two versions of the Jaws jacket - standard and perforated. The standard may not have the perforated front and back panels, but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking airflow. Both models have large zippered vents at the top of each chest stretch panel to provide the desired amount of ventilation. The jaws also comes with a removable thermal vest liner, making it wearable in a wide range of weather conditions. The new Alpinestars Jaws jacket is available in the following variants (some of which may be back ordered or available in very limited quantities). Standard (Non-Perforated): - Black - Black/White Perforated: - Black - Black/White - Black/White/Green - Black/White/Red If you would like to order one of your own, check availability, or get expert sizing advice, you can get in touch with MIKE through this forum or by calling 866.931.6644 ext. 804. Is email more convenient? Feel free to send those to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and we’ll get back to you right away! The Alpinestars Jaws jacket is pictured here in the standard black version (photos of others coming soon). Stretch panels on each side of the chest help this jacket fit more body shapes, more comfortably. The back features stretch stretch panels arranged in the same pattern as the front. Zippered vents at the top of each stretch panel on the front can be zipped open, closed, or anywhere in between for adjustable airflow. Alpinestars brought back the removable quilted liner for the Jaws jacket, making it wearable in a variety of conditions.
