HF trailers are pretty tough for the money spent. I have a 4x8 folder and work that thing like a borrowed mule,no issues. Regreased the bearings when new and thats the only thing it needed. Hauled 125 12x12 patio blocks no problem, enough metal roofing for a 2800 sq ft roof, that thing replaced my pick up truck. For around $300 cant beat it.

Something like a Z1000, FZ1/FZ6,1200 Bandit or Honda 919 all have good seat position and long range comfort. Lots of aftermarket goodies available also.

True that, my Mustang will run a twisty road faster than my bikes. As long as there is no real straight sections.

Rode north from Franklin on Union Rd. to Englwood, had dinner at the Buckhorn Tavern. Any of you in the Southwest part of Ohio that's never been there, check it out. Food is awesome,counted ten people in Harley logo costumes. Only bike in the lot was my FJR, go figure. Rode some of the local twisties before heading south. Global warming is it really a bad thing, mid January 65 degrees.
