I have a new Doctor and he is very much into holistic medicine. He gave me a physical and I told him about a few of the issues that I have been having for quite some time. He listened contently and then said "I believe you have a gluten sensitivity". Well I went on a Gluten free diet "2.5 month now" and all of the issues I was having are completely gone, and I have lost 11lb as well. The human body for many many people does not like wheat and rye, I am now a believer.

You know what......I did just put a rear GT on, so that front ST has in fact been on for allot of miles, so it has gotten kick ass mileage. My bad for the confusion, appears what I wrote down for the maintenance records was in fact correct. And those pads were Galfer HH, and they have not been on there for that many miles. Holy shit you have been on the brakes!!!!! So I reckon other than getting on the brakes hard, the front tire was in fact wearing nicely. The GT is the new Angel model, the ST is the original.....both are very good obviously.

That is right by my house, and was the X country coach for DeSalles.....hope that mother fucker who hit and ran gets serious prison time. I am betting he/she will be found soon, everyone around here is in high alert.
